E. North Cozy Corner is newly renovated and is a rustic and cozy space. It's perfect for any couple or solo traveler looking to rest their head or hang out when they aren't exploring GVL. Close to DT, Cherrydale, and 385. Overbrook is a wonderful neighborhood to stay in during your visit!

This apartment is a basement apartment but barely feels like it due to it's plethora of windows, cute decor, and freshly renovated space.

The entire apartment is accessible to guests.

We respect your privacy and want you to have a seamless experience. Rest assured, our team is readily available by phone should you require any assistance during your stay.

Overbrook is centrally located and highly desirable as a place to stay in while in Greenville. Cute houses full of character and it's closeness to downtown GVL make our apartment where you want to be.

It is highly recommended you have a rental or a car of your own if you plan to check the area out.

This apartment is on the backside of the building. It has its own rock lot parking that brings you right up to the entrance of the airbnb.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. We are originally from S. FL. We moved to SC to pursue a business in Real Estate and to have the mountains in our backyard. We LOVE Greenville and have been here since 2016 growing and exploring all the SC has to offer. We love to walk downtown, hike, and check out new breweries with our pup, Lila. We take pride in our business and what we do. We just want to give our guest a taste of what we moved here for.

Why they chose this property

This Plantation style home is gorgeous and full of older character. We chose it because it has a huge wrap around porch and is set in the wonderful Overbrook neighborhood not too far from Greenville and close to the highway.

What makes this property unique

With how central this home is, you can easily get to anywhere you need in 10 minutes or less. It has plenty of parking and stays pretty quiet most of the time. Having a washer and dryer in the building also helps any one visiting to knock out laundry instead of having to go somewhere to clean your clothes.
