The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great little spot for family vacation!

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to get started with our stay. Great view of the water, easy access to the room and parking lot, and the gated entry to the property and room made it feel very safe. Good quick communication with the host as well

Tidewater vacation!

Property manager was never there, so we didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes during our stay. Overall everything was good.

Tidewater 303

We have stayed at this complex several times. Our condo was exceptional & the best we have had here. Everything was as described and the host had outstanding communication w me. This condo is great for couples or 2 kids if bunk beds aren't a problem for them. If we go back we'll stay here again.

Beautiful space!

The space was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Checking in and out was so simple and was done via email and text. Liquid life checked in via text after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything else. The pools were great and the view was spectacular! Our family is already ready to go back and we would definitely stay here again! Better than we expected!

Our winter vacation in Orange Beach :

The process and communication with renting Tidewater was great. Clean an comfortable . I loved the views from the balcony . Able to get sun and shade , out of wind and no bright sun blasting in to where you can’t see outside while relaxing or eating. Close to everything you could need . Would definitely recommend Tidewater 303 and come back again !!

Awesome get away!

Loved the property! Gulf View was beautiful! Very clean! Very accessible to restaurants and things to do. Only problem we had was fan in the bathroom didn’t work and toilet whistle when flushed. Texted the property manager but never heard anything back.

Great stay; dryer didn’t work. I didn’t much mind that, but when I reported it, the property manager indicated that they would assist and then did not, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Great condo, great place.

A couple of things

Great location and unit. There was a mild mildew smell in the unit. Also a lounge chair for reading and relaxing on the balcony would have been nice. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Love the location. Unit needs a little attention

Nice place but the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and the large eye on the stove is messed up. There was sheetrock dust and debris all over the bedspread in the middle bedroom.

Great view - needs attention.

Wonderful view on lower floor of complex. Overall the unit is tired and needs fresh update for furniture and kitchen supplies. Cleaning was not up to par and baseboards, bathroom shelves, ceiling fan etc. in need of a deep clean.

Overall review

The condo was great. Loved the location. Only complaint (used lightly) was the condo lacked very simple things that you expect when staying at a VRBO. Typically (Covid years included) there have been things light salt and pepper, coffee filters, trash bags in the unit when arrived. Every other time I've used a VRBO these little things have been on property. But other than that the place was great. Thanks for a great week!

30 years old and it shows

AC and appliances were good. Dust on bath vent intake had not been cleaned in years. AC intake cover had a caking of dust on it. No linens were provided for sofa sleeper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was furnished. Patio door would not lock. Batteries in TV remote were low and sporadic. About as average as a beach condo can be since it is over 30 years old....and it shows

Bike/short drive walmart.The quarters were extremely tight, and I am a 5ft 5 130lb person;hit King bed in bedroom walking around it. Bathroom was probably better than a cruise ship, but not able to relax for a bath. Decor was was cute; too much furniture on the patio. Baseboards needed wiping for dust. Mildew in bathroom vent needed wiping( I get there's humidity). Kitchen clean, mostly stocked--get a flipper/spatula. The property staff were excellent: informative, pleasant and common areas well maintained. One can't really change the construction/layout and I get that, so A-

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for 7 days. It was the perfect place for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I love cooking, so we had dinner at our temporary home most nights. My only complaint is that we had to bring our own toilet paper and paper towels—without our knowledge. I have no problem supplying these things, had I known in advance. This just caused an unnecessary trip to Walmart. Aside from that, the pools were wonderful. Everything was very clean. The beach was beautiful. 10/10 planning to stay again next year.
