In the private residence of G'rest, the slopes with fireplace and balcony.
Holidays in the summer / winter mountain.
St Gervais direct access by highway or train.
The apartment has direct access to the ski slopes (snow cannons), ski storage and a furnished balcony.
Free access to the outdoor pool of the residence.

Wonderful stay

The appartment is lovely located with wonderful view at Mount Blanc mountain range with outdoor pool, near to the cable car. Everything was fine and comfortable, thank again for the opportunity to stay at such beautiful place!

Great spot!

The location was phenomenal, perched up on a hill with great views of the city and surrounding mountains, plus a short walk into town. Yes the property is dated, but has charm and is an affordable base to explore the surrounding areas. Also the property manager was fantastic in regards to communication, especially with a ton of questions coming from an overseas visitor!

Petit appartement sympathique. Circulation dans la résidence moins agréable.Bons équipements électroménagers. Seulement 2 plaques de cuissons mais très efficaces. Lave vaisselle silencieux (un plus quand on dort dans le salon). Literie moyenne mais ok. La cheminée fonctionne bien. Coin séjour très agréable. Terrasse d où l on aperçois la pointe du mont blanc également un plus.Piste accessible en navette ou voiture (un peu difficile en accès à pied). Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt an der Skipiste. Vom Sofa aus kann man die Skifahrer beobachten und am Abend fährt die Pistenraupe direkt am Fenster vorbei.Die Einrichtung sowie die Wohnung selbst sind zwar schon etwas älter und nicht gerade modern (siehe Bilder im Inserat), aber das macht gar nichts aus, die Wohnung hat trotzdem Charme und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und geräumig.Direkt von der Wohnung startet man auf die Skipiste, von wo aus man abfährt zur Gondel. Man muss dann über die Straße und über den Parkplatz laufen, um anschließend im super Skigebiet zu sein. Fast ausschließlich rote und blaue Pisten.In den Ort und zum Supermarkt läuft man von der Wohnung aus ca. 15 Minuten.

Localisation au top pour l’accès aux pistes, l’accès au centre de st gervais et aux autres activités Grand appartement spacieux avec de nombreux équipements. Seul bémol l’arrivée pour trouver le logement peut être indiquer le numéro du chalet préciser l’accès à la route (route fermée avec des blocs de béton l’hiver), comment récupérer les clefs etc? … merci au concierge de nous avoir éclairé sur ce point. Sinon tous était super !

Détail pour notre séjour

Appartement sympa, mais difficile à trouver l'adresse, Google ne connaît pas. Petit problème de serrure, réglé avec la propriétaire très coopérative et avec le concierge très sympa. Autrement le service de nettoyage n'est pas au top ils font vraiment le minimum. Autrement la piste est rouge et assé difficile.

Appartement correspondant à la description. Il y avait de la neige sur la piste qui va en bas de la station, donc départ ski aux pieds possible. L'appartement est grand. Parfait pour 6 personnes. Petit quiproquo cependant avec la propriétaire au sujet d'une porte de placard que nous aurions cassé ( alors qu'elle était déjà abimée) : bien penser à faire un état de lieux en entrant dans l'appartement pour éviter ce genre de désagrément.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderurlaub

Uns begeisterte der Blick auf den Mont Blanc direkt vom Esstisch aus. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, aber für die zahlreichen Höhenmeter braucht man ein wenig Biss. Doch man wird tolle Ausblicke belohnt. Und der Pool der Appartementanlage sorgt zur Entspannung danach. (Der Pool ist nichts für Nichtschwimmer! Unsere Kids hatten mit Schwimmgürteln und Armreifen trotzdem viel Spaß im Wasser.) Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war solide. Wir kamen als Familie 11 Tage dort gut zurecht.

Idéalement situé et lumineux

Le logement est assez grand pour 6. Très lumineux et bien équipé. À 5 minutes en voiture des pistes du Bettex, et à 5 minutes du centre de St Gervais. Seul inconvénient : la vétusté de certains équipements dont les matelas (trop durs ou trop vieux). Celui du BZ et ceux des lits superposés seraient bons à changer par exemple. À noter : La propriétaire est quant à elle très sympathique et réactive. Avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Très bon séjour

Appartement bien situé, malheureusement la neige n'est pas tombée jusqu'en bas des pistes. Bel ensoleillement quand la météo est propice. Appartement agréable à vivre, bien agencé et équipé. Chauffage ok. Le hic : literie du canapé-lit un peu vieillotte pour le dos et les allergies. Ensemble convivial de chalets avec, au milieu, espace sympa de verdure et piscine (pas en hiver forcément). Propriétaire et concierge à l'écoute et disponibles sans dérangement. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !

Cela est ma troisième année à Saint Gervais dans ce chaleureux appartement fonctionnelle , toujours d'aussi bon moments passés en famille et amis... +++ Les pistes du domaine sont vraiment géniale beaucoup de parcours à faire et elles sont spacieuses. Au pied des pistes pour rentrer directement à l'appartement et vite profiter d'un bon feu de bois avec l'apéro bien sure .... Environnement et vu magnifique du balcon qui me manque .... Hâtes à l'année prochaine :-)
