Come Spread Out at Yellow Maple on Kings

Hi friends. Yellow Maple on Kings is normally a long term rental but we are in between leases and would like to offer you a place to lay your head during the holidays.

This three bedroom two bathroom house is ideal for traveling families who just need a place to get a way and use more space than a hotel can offer - without the customary hotel frills. The location is ideal. This house is close to Bass Pro and the Aquarium, downtown Springfield and the MSU and Drury campuses. Mercy hospital is just 1/2 mile away.

Because this house is normally a long term rental, we do not have it furnished with the typical furniture you might see in other VRBOs and have priced it accordingly. What we do offer are four queen size air mattresses, clean bed and bath linens, and basic kitchen amenities so you may enjoy a home cooked meal and fresh coffee. The back yard is large with lots of room to run around and the neighborhood is quiet.
