Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Before you go, please: START the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. STRIP the beds, but leave mattress protectors on.
Place used linens in the hallway by the laundry area. Gather all towels and start one load of towels only (no sheets or blankets — cleaners handle those, and the bedding has duvet covers).

This place was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything and tucked into a quiet neighborhood so we slept well when returning each night. The host had everything ready upon our arrival and check in/ was seamless. Would definitely stay again when in town.

Overall, we really enjoyed this place for our weekend getaway to visit our family. Very clean and easy, well-instructed check-out process. Only dislikes was a few loud neighbors late at night our first night and the garage door code didn’t work on the outside.
