Lovely & Spacious Downtown 2 Bedroom

Historic home with Soaring 10 foot ceilings, on the parkway and close to Downtown, MSU and Wonders of Wildlife. Easy access to Everything Springfield has to offer!! Whether you are walking or driving or biking, we have plenty of parking, place to lock your bikes and easy walking access to trails and downtown amenities. 1100 square feet with 2 large bedrooms with plenty of workspace or play area. Freshly remodeled with front and back porch, outdoor seating… enjoy sunrise and sunset! Both bedrooms are huge plus a large Eat-in kitchen and laundry area. Perfect for Executive housing, Family relocation, Graduate School or Internship Living :) We do have long-term available as well and if the calendar is booked, please message me because there may be other options :)

Other things to note
The entire property and grounds are non-smoking for everyone’s comfort and enjoyment. There is no smoking in our community, all of our tenants and guests respect and appreciate this policy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I love this neighborhood because it is so close to everything that Springfield has to offer. Springfield has a charming historic downtown that’s Neighbor is really quaint with many historic homes and wonderful pathways for walking or biking.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique cause it was originally built in 1887. It was the main house and two other homes were built on the property in the early 1900’s. It has a lot of unique history and character, but also has all of the modern conveniences due to its wonderful remodel.
