Studio on the garden level of a chalet with 2 apartments at the foot of the slopes, renovated in 2010, located 600 meters from the village center, in the place called Le Plan. On the green slope accessing the Bossonnet ski lifts (400 m) and connecting the entire ski area. Sledding slope near the chalet. Shuttles 50 m away.

LIVING AREA: 16.66 m2 (tiled) 1 double bed (140), television, wardrobe, table, west window, north-facing French door overlooking a courtyard,

BATHROOM: 3.41 m2, sink, shower, window, W.C,

KITCHEN AREA: 2.80 m2, sink, 2-burner vitroceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge (120 L), hood, washing machine, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



Possibility of renting the apartment on the floor for 6 people, "Petit Lutin".

- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)

Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté du paysage. Avoir les navettes plus proche lorsqu on doit se rendre à Beauregard.

Ma fille habite à côté est venu nous rendre visite au réveillon de Noël après avoir passé la soirée bien arrosée on a proposé de la coucher dans le logement mais surprise un cadenas était installé sur le canapé. Du jamais vu on a l'habitude de louer mais jamais on a vu ça on a payé notre location pour la semaine c'est sûr pas pour 3 personnes mais quand même du jamais vu !!! voilà ça nous a sidéré Et une rallonge qui traverse la cuisine pour brancher le four, c'est pas les normes !!! Ainsi qu une autre ralonge derrière le radiateur ds la pièce de vie pour brancher un appareil à raclette ou grillé pain.... pas aux normes non plus Si non logement agréable

Bonjour Madame, Nous comprenons que vous auriez voulu utiliser le canapé pour coucher votre fille. Ce logement est loué pour 2 personnes. Toute personne supplementaire est un motif de refus d' acces au logement. Il se trouve que ce chalet est sur notre route maison/travail et que nous avons vu un second vehicule sur le parking plusieurs jours le matin de bonne heure comme le soir. Pour autant, nous ne vous avons pas fait de remarque a ce sujet et nous aurions apprécié que VOTRE transgression du contrat de location signé et accepté par vous ne nous soit pas reproché. Pour le reste, brancher un appareil a raclette ou un grille pain sur une rallonge ne nous paraît pas dangereux. Cordialement

Studio dans chalet près des pistes

Chalet près d'une piste, permettant l'accès à un télésiège desservant bien les autres pistes, et a 1km du centre de La Clusaz via la piste. Studio bien équipé. Le studio est au rdc, et la vue est coupée par une haie. Et un peu bruyant, bruit régulier qui devait être la chaudière, et du bruit au 1er étage mais rien d'insupportable.

Tout . Par contre nous aurions aimé louer le chalet l’année prochaine mais pourriez-vous demander au propriétaire s’il accepterait un chien qui ne bouge pas ? Cafetière quasi bouchée .

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour votre évaluation. Le propriétaire n'accepte plus les chiens suite à des dégradations dans le chalet. La cafetière a été débouché. A l'année prochaine.

Petit lutin pour une semaine enchantée

le studio est confortable pour un couple (vrai lit double et non clic clac), j'apprécie le plain pied du logement, l' accès direct à la neige. Un service à raclette et un plat pour faire gratiner une tartiflette auraient été bienvenus dans une période où les restaurants sont fermés et avec le couvre feu en vigueur, il aurait été agréable de pouvoir cuisiner plus facilement

Emplacement près des pistes et du centre ville. La douche était bouchée mais cela a été résolu après notre appel.
