DETAILS: "Summer Sun" is located just steps away from a public beach access and features unobstructed gulf views! This home is ideal for large families and suitable for children.

Upon your arrival, you will find six complimentary bikes and a wrap-around porch on the first floor leading into the completely renovated open kitchen and living area inside. The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and plenty of dining space for the whole family, including a large dining table and kitchen island with barstools. There are two smart TVs in the downstairs area, one featuring a DVD player, as well as a sectional sofa and chairs to accommodate extra seating. In the backyard, there is a gated pool and a grilling area with lounge chairs and two dining areas to relax in at the end of the day.

The third floor has an additional sunbathing deck with an ocean view. After the pool, the kids can enjoy a playground that is located nearby in the neighborhood. The first bedroom downstairs features a king bed with a smart tv and private bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room offering two sets of bunks, a smart tv and its own bathroom - perfect for the kids!

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the second primary bedroom that boasts a king bed with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and spa bathtub. This room also has a private balcony, making it the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning! The fourth bedroom features two queen beds with plush white bedding and smart TV with a shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom is another 2 bunk room with its own smart TV.

The third floor features a loft with another full bed and nautical themed decor with a mounted smart TV and sitting area.

This would have been a 5 star rating except for the following flaws:I paid for heated pool, which was great, but the pool and outdoor lights were not working, making the first evening of swimming less than ideal. Also, laundry lights did not work.TV in living room and master bedroom did not work. All issues were fixed the following day, but a better inspection by the property managers prior to check in could have made this a five star stay.Also suggest getting a Keurig coffee maker to replace the Mr Coffee and a new can opener to replace the one in the kitchen, which was bent and did not work.

The place was very clean when we arrived. All the toilet and the kitchen sink had an initial sipoly if soap as stated in their website. When we had trouble with the kitchen sink and the fire alarm they sent maintenance right away. We would stay here again if we go back to Destin

Perfect for our girls trip!

Beautiful, Spacious House Close to Beach

The house was well-kept and in a great location. It was spacious enough for our family of 16 to feel comfortable. The pool was big enough to be enjoyed by all. The rocking chairs on the front porch were a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

This house was great for a girls trip to Destin! The house and pool were clean! We enjoyed the location, we hungout around the pool or at the beach(which is just across the street). This house is kind of farther away from the shops and restaurants, but we liked that! Overall loved our time in Destin, I would recommend this house and location!!

Fun Week!

Great location....even though we were in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, we completely occupied with the pool at the property, takeout food, and going to the beach which was beautiful. We go to Destin at least twice a year and rent houses and this is one we definitely consider renting again.

Amazing stay

We rent a house in Destin every year and this was the cleanest one yet. The spotlight by the pool did not work and I called the property manager, within 10 minutes the maintenance man was there and put a new light up and had it working within an hour. Thank you so much for the amazing stay.

Short Weekend Stay

This is a beautiful property. There were 19 of us staying & it never felt over crowded. The property manager answered all my questions before the trip and responded quickly when I was there too. The location is nice. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It does face the main road but the tree line gives you privacy.

Excellent Christmas Stay

Excellent property and property management. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. There wasn’t anything lacking. The call to adjust the AC was immediately responded to. Wonderful area.

Perfect Spring Break Home.

This home was great for our spring break group of 12. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3 to 17. We all enjoyed this spacious home and never felt like we were on top of each other. The private beach access right across the road was perfect. This beach area never felt overcrowded even during busy spring break. The house had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans and cooking utensils. The beds were all comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely book this home again.

Great location and private beach entrance, plenty of room for 2 large families.

Location location location- there’s a private gated beach entrance almost directly across the street, and it made going back and forth to the beach very easy. The pool is on the smaller size but worked well for our boys 8-12yrs old. The layout of the first floor was awesome with plenty of seating both for eating in the kitchen and watching tv in the living room. Having a master and bunk room on the first floor was a huge plus. We had four adults and 8 kids ranging from 8-18yrs old, and the house never felt crowded. I highly recommend this home, especially if beach accessibility is important.

Family Vacay

We recently lost a close family member. We usually travel every summer together & this was our first vacay without her. She would’ve loved it! The worker, Corey, that came out to adjust the air & pool was prompt & kind. Thanks for an awesomely clean house & conveniently close by the ocean! They even gave us a beach gift so we left floats & buckets for the next family! Will rent again next summer if available!

Sleepless in paradise

There were a lot of positives and negatives for "Summersun" Positives - Lovely Decor Great Layout Well stocked kitchen Fantastic AC Wonderful hot water heater Negatives - Mattress in Master was horrible sag in the middle Mattresses in double queen also had big "ruts" in the middle Bed in King on Main - mattress was good but the bed is so noisy that it woke me and my spouse every time one of us rolled over Cleaners do not clean fan blades that were an inch deep in dust This is a great listing overall, but for the price, I would expect mattresses to be in better shape. No one enjoys vacation if you cannot sleep well. I would give Summersun a B-.

Clean and spacious Vrbo

We had a group of 14 at Summer Sun for three nights. It never felt crowded. The property itself was spacious and very clean. The Roku offered a lot of entertainment too. The only concern we had was early on our first morning, we noticed that there was a leak from the master bathroom in the first floor. The property manager seemed to suggest that we were misusing the tub but no one had used the bath tub-- we had noticed the leak very early in our stay. That said, I appreciate the attentiveness of the 360 Blue associate that worked on this issue. They were really communicative and helpful in addressing and remediating the problem. I find solace in this company because they had technicians and staff in the neighborhood to assist too.

Beautiful Summer Sun

Let me start off by saying my family really enjoyed this property. This property has a great location very close to the beach. The pool was awesome however the backyard was so dark for night swimming. Backyard needs better lighting. The grill was not able to be used could not ignite the gas. When we first checked in at 4 pm I was told the master bathroom toilet was out of order. Upon entering the master bathroom I found the toilet in the shower. So not only could I not use the toilet I could not use the shower either. However once I spoke to 360 and they communicated to the property managers that problem was resolved before we even settled in. They took care of the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend this property my family of 14 were very comfortable with the space and bathrooms it never felt crowded. Thanks for an awesome stay
