This was a great property for my family holiday. There were 15 of us, three generations. The games room was great, the pool and loungers fab. Maybe could have done with another coupe of umbrellas. Great place for big family meals and bbqs. Walking distance from Arenal although we tended to go to the Port.Kitchen well supplied with crockery etc. Rooms were clean.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your family holiday and that the villa was the perfect setting for three generations to spend time together. It is great to know that you made the most of the games room, pool, and outdoor areas, as well as the BBQ and dining spaces. We also appreciate your helpful comment regarding the umbrellas, and we will certainly take this into consideration to further improve our guests’ comfort. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be very happy to welcome you back in the future.

The entire villa was spotless and thoroughly cleaned within a week. The team that assisted us with any minor issues was excellent. However, the pool needed a daily clean as leaves and dead bugs frequently drifted in, requiring a significant amount of time spent removing them by hand. The kitchen also lacked my bread knife as the provided ones were difficult to use for cutting bread. Additionally, we needed something to deter cockroaches that occasionally appeared in the kitchen.Overall, I couldn’t fault anything..

If you're searching for a vacation rental ...

If you're searching for a vacation rental that combines luxury, relaxation, and a fabulous pool area, look no further than the villa we stayed at in Javea. This stunning retreat surpassed all expectations and left our family, including the children, absolutely enamored. Upon arrival, we were captivated by the villa's beautifully landscaped grounds and the sheer size of the pool area. The surrounding pool deck was expansive, featuring an array of comfortable loungers and sunbeds that were perfect for sunbathing. Beyond the pool area, the villa itself was equally magnificent. The spacious living areas provided ample room for our entire family, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities that ensured our stay was both comfortable and luxurious. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed too. Moreover, Javea itself is a hidden gem on the Spanish coast, offering stunning beaches, and picturesque scenery. The villa's location allowed us to explore the local attractions easily.

Verblijf Adsubia 20

Great Location for New Years Celebrations

We were a Group of 16 peple and the house is just great for such a big Group. High Standard rooms and a great garden area to chill out. Supermarkets are Close by 5min walk and the beach is in Walking distance as well (15-20min). Even when we had some minor issues (e.g. not enough wine glasses, additonal blankets, ... etc) the friendly renatl Company sorted everything within less than 24 hours.
