Casa Don is a beautiful luxurious villa that sleeps 18-20 and is situated in a quiet tranquil residential area of Javea. The Casa is built on a 2000 meter plot and has 360 degree views of all the amazing scenery Javea has to offer. The plot is south facing and has the benefit of continuous sun the whole day through.
Casa Don is approximately 10 minutes from the blue flag Arenal beach. Here you can enjoy the amazing sandy beach, clear refreshing sea water and countless top quality restaurants, bars, night clubs and coffee shops.
Decorated in a modern tasteful decoration, Casa Don has all the mod cons making it the perfect place for a great family holiday. The villa is a 3 floor property with large driveway (space for 4 cars) and plenty of outside areas to accomodate for large groups of people. The grounds are fully fenced with gated access ensuring complete privacy. This villas covered and uncovered terraces provide an excellent setting for al fresco dining. Guests will enjoy the large private pool with optional pool heating available for the cooler months. Relax in style on the many sun loungers or in the covered Bali house for those who want a bit of shade from the sun.
The living room is an open plan design incorporating the dining room and kitchen area. Large patio doors surround the living area allowing for amazing views of the Montgo mountain and the Mediterranean sea. The patio's open onto the large wrap around balcony on the ground floor of the property which truly allows guests to enjoy the outdoor living space. The living room is equipped with 60 inch flat screen television and a comfortable 3 piece suite and armchairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large fan assisted oven and microwaves. We have also supplied a Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
Casa Don has 7 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites, 2 main bathrooms and 1 toilet room. The bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with super king size beds ( 1 of which is en-suite), 2 rooms with king size beds (both en-suite) which open on to a large private balcony, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each and a large room with 2 sets of triple bunks in (perfect for children or family wanting to stay together).
The crowning feature of this property is the huge games room situated in the basement. This is equipped with a snooker/pool table, computer gaming area and darts board. There is a bar area which has a large refridgerator for cooling bottles and drinks for around the pool area. At the bar area there is a 55 inch television with all the sports channels so guests can really enjoy relaxing whilst keeping up to date with all the latest sporting events.
