**NEWLY RENOVATED** Built in 2019, a beautiful townhome on North Padre Island offers a bright, coastal interior with plenty of space. 3 balconies and covered patio ensure you will have room for outside entertaining and viewing of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex offers use of a large swimming pool and covered amenity area with grill and dining tables. Whitecap Beach is less than a block away. Part of Pathway to the Sea and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment on the island.

Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms, 3 private balconies, downstairs covered patio. Private, community walking path to the beach, 2 car garage, stainless steel appliances, large smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room.

Wonderful stay!

The home was very clean and a short walk to the beach. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and swimming at the pool. The host was also quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

Stay was good, Except Check out is to early. 1100 or 12 would be better. We apologize . We forgot about Snacks we left in microwave after we already were half way home.

Loved the location of this property! Everything was very clean. Lots of extra thought put in to having little things available to make our stay easier (kitchen items, laundry detergent, etc). Would definitely stay here again.
