Unit 309- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen HD TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen and the living room has a sofa and loveseat with a 50" flat screen HD TV for your entertainment. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom each have a tub/shower combination with grab bars. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

The location was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The area was beautiful and we could get to pools and beach with just a short walk. My only complaint would be the bathroom off the master bedroom. The toilet did not flush very well and the water in the shower did not drain very well either.

Loved our stay!

Our first time at Palm Bay Club and it was excellent! The staff/security were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bayside pool and it’s beautiful surroundings!

Roomy!

We love Palm Bay Club! The unit was roomy with two large couches to accomodate company, and it had everything we needed. Clean, great location, terrific amenities! Highly recommend.

Wonderful, except for th weather!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue I have with our stay was the parking, spaces are fine for compact cars, but not for SUV's, vans or trucks. Also, there should be a dedicated parking spot for each unit marked on the cement curbing.

It was so nice having the Bayside pool so close. The free rides and uber were very easy to use. Walking to the beach only took a few minutes. The price was very reasonable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was a perfect 75-80 degrees for the two-week period. Palm Bay Club has been a favorite location for our family for 20 years. The location is perfect. The unit was "ok" but in need of a refresh - bathrooms were dated and rough - the rest was good. Could have used a beach umbrella so we bought one and left it in the closet for the next family.

Palm Bay Is The Best!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in this unit twice while we needed a place to rent. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodated any questions we had. There were a couple minor maintenance issues while we were there. We called the front desk and maintenance was there within the hour. The maintenance staff was also very courteous and responsive to our needs.The unit had nice updates including the kitchen and both baths. The sofas in the living room appeared to be ready to be replaced fairly soon. Until then, at least new throw pillows would improve the look. The only thing we did not like about the unit was the outdoor straw large mat that was in front of the sofas. It did not feel nice on the feet even with shoes and made the area uninviting. I would recommend replacing that rug with a soft indoor area rug.The amenities of the resort were great with the pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts. We would highly recommend Palm Bay Club for anyone staying in the Siesta Key area.

Lots of recliner chairs available for beach use. This apartment met our needs (family of 5). The pullout couch was ok but could use a good shampoo, plus the thin mattress was wanting. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. First floor access was nice. This one is a very short distance to the bay pool and hot tub. The tennis courts and beach are across the street, but traffic stops for you at the crosswalk. The beach is about 2-3 blocks (in walking distance).

Great Bay View!!

We loved the pool and view of the bay! Watching the boats and dolphins go by was great!! The walk to the pool was long, (700 steps) which we knew, but Palm Bay does have Beach access. This was important. Many complexes in the area are very strict, and will not let you access the beach. Palm Bay Club has both Bay and Beach access, which is so nice!!!
