The condo is fantastic. Clean and well appointed. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom is a major plus. Great location for skiing Summit and Eagle County resorts. One of the best we have stayed at in the area.
Awesome property. Great location for skiing Keystone. Easy in and out. Plenty of room for large family. Hot tub was clutch after a long day on the slopes.
This house was perfect. We had 11 people including an infant. The home owner thought of everything including a baby bed. The homeowner was very accommodating with allowing us to enter the home early. My family all agree that the home made the trip fantastic. Location, comfort and cleanliness. It was amazing!!!

I loved the property and the location for the activities we had planned. The only bad part is that we did have some thing that needed to be resolved but the mgr never responded back to my messages.

I am not a manager, but the owner of this property. This issue that the guest is referring to that needed to be resolved is the fact that the neighbors complained that they were smoking inside the townhome at 11pm at night. The 4-star review is retaliatory in such that the guest didn't want to be found out that they were smokin inside the townhome. We don't allow smoking inside the townhome as it is uncourteous to future guests who visit the property. It doesn't take a huge effort to simply step outside and enjoy a smoke instead of smoking inside the unit. I had to clean the unit to remove smoke smells after this guest visited the property.

So so
We had to keep resetting the water heater and took many cold showers. Also, no AC so it was hot. The beds aren’t very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and the hot tub.

I had the ignitor replaced and the boiler serviced. There are not issues with the hot water at this time.
As far as air conditioning goes, no rentals up there have air conditioning. It rarely gets above 70 in the hottest part of the day. At night it is in the 40s. All you have to do it crack the windows and the cold mountain breeze comes in. In no time at all you have to shut the windows because it gets too cold.
A nice condo with plenty of sleeping options. Hot tub was nice! As with most condos, sharp kitchen knives were hard to find as well as enough dinner plates for a seating of six. Hot water in the downstairs showers was great, but upstairs it was limited, I think mainly due to the diverters at the bath spigot not working as they should. All in all it worked for us, a party of six. Just a few things I think could help.
Overall this was a nice townhouse condo. Good location to activities in Silverthorne and Dillion. This was a holiday weekend getaway with our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids 6,4 and 2 years old.
There were a few things that weren’t apparent to the posted description, such as the townhome overlooks I-70 and there was no A/C. There were fans in most rooms and the evening temp does cool down, but you hear the freeway noise.
Some small things that could easily be corrected....This is a large condo that can sleep 10, but there are only 6 dining chairs. The 2 YO granddaughter had to sit on someone’s lap for all meals. The saddle bar stools look cool, but not practical for kids or adults to eat at. A few folding chairs would have been helpful:)
A list of instructions of basic things would have been helpful, garage code, where to put the trash, hot tub info, gas grill info, what to do with linens when we checked out, etc. This was the first VRBO that we stayed at that didn’t provide this with the rental.
The kitchen was well stocked, except again not enough glasses (what was there was disposable quality) or silverware for a large group. And no large bowl anywhere:(
Overall the stay was pleasant, just a few small things were irritating:)

No homes in this area have air conditioning. It rarely gets above the mid-70s, and at night the temperature falls to the 30s and 40s. The description of this property clearly states that it does not have A/C - no homes up there have A/C.
This home and all homes in this area are located in a bustling and populated area where traffic noises are commonplace.
Information such as garage code, where to put trash, hot tub info, gas grill info, what to do with linens, were all communicated in the rental agreement which was signed by the guest.
With regard to the quality of glasses - If you look at the furnishings of this townhome you'll see that it has a rustic mountain theme. We do not have fine chinaware and/or delicate glassware. People come here to snow ski, hike, and explore. When glasses get dropped they shatter and leave glass shards all over the floor. This can get into someone's foot and ruin their vacation. When you visit my place the majority of my glassware will be plastic - a decision we made long ago so that our guests' feet are protected.
This place is a great place to stay with come friends. Super close to the Dillion amphitheater and res. The condo is beautiful with big rooms and a very nice hot tub. The main level is open with lots of room for entertaining. Would definitely stay again!
Thank you for a great weekend we enjoyed the place and great location see you again

Well Rohini, I'm sorry that mountain style furnishings aren't your flavor. All of our bedspreads are clearly depicted in our pictures so if you didn't like them all you had to do is not chose this property.
With regard to the dishwasher, we checked it, and it is working fine.
Great property with modern style. We had 3 couples, so each couple had their own room and bathroom. Showing some minor signs of wear and tear. Parking is tight, but as noted in the description, there is room for 3 cars. FYI, apparently trailers aren’t allowed so you shouldn’t plan on parking one in the overflow lot.
On the whole the property was as described and pleasant. A good size for my family and friends. However it was a little more loud with toad noise coming from I -70 nearby. We made some observations about the property and told the owner and he was open to the feedback and I antIcipate they will be taken care of. I was Impressed with the access to hiking trails mad how easy it was to get to and from town and shopping.

Wedding weekend
I was a nice big place. A bit more used than the pictures showed.
Owner did a good job keeping in touch. Had a snafu with the lock box. Could have used more direction on the lockbox.
Spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this very well-appointed townhouse with our entire immediate family. Everyone was comfortable and we all had fun at the slopes. We appreciated the framed maps of the ski slopes and the king beds with a full bath attached to every bedroom. I strongly recommend this townhouse to all families wishing to enjoy the beauty of Summit County.
This is a wonderfully laid out condo with lots of room. I'm sure the radiant heat is great in the winter. Also the garage is heated and in the winter this would be a huge plus. So many bathrooms! Appliances worked well. Very nice to have your own personal hot tub. Keurig coffee maker was great. Great to have a single car garage. Many condos in this area don't. Tons of natural light. The aspens were turning and it was beautiful. Convenience store within walking distance. Tons of trails and recreation close by.
We couldn't get the jets on the left side of the hot tub to work. Maybe operator error. It was still wonderful. It would be nice to have a second key in the lock box. One thing that needs to be addressed is the carpets in the living room. They NEED to be cleaned! They are bad. If it wasn't for the carpets I would give this 5 stars. Wonderful place. with tons of room. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
The condo was clean and had plenty of beds for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. It's recently built with nice finishes and furnishings. We enjoyed the private hot tub and grill. Our only complaint is that for a condo that sleeps so many, the living & dining area could use a few more seats and the kitchen could use more place settings and glassware. in particular wine glasses.

About the host
Hosted by Matthew Thompson
We are the Thompson family from DeRidder, Louisiana. We have 3 daughters and 1 son that love visiting our Silverthorne Townhome!
Why they chose this property
We didn't want to buy in only Breckenridge and Keystone. We wanted something that was close to everything in Summit County. We finally found a townhome in the town of Silverthorne that was 1 minute from the outlets and the recreation center, 6 minutes from Keystone, and 16 minutes from Breckenridge. When we found this place we didn't hesitate to put a contract on it.
What makes this property unique
It's a large house at 2000sf and 4 bedrooms. Previously every time we came to Colorado we were always squeezed in to a one or two bedroom condo. We feel like kings when we are staying in our BIG home! Also we do not have to compete with 50 people for 1 hot tub. We have our own private hot tub that is clean and ready for you any time you want it.
