Mini villa of 60 m2, ideally located less than a minute walk from the beach, in the hamlet of Pietragione, Santa Giulia Bay.

Large terrace with sea view, suitable for relaxation, outdoor shower, deckchairs, outdoor table, umbrellas, electric barbecue, plancha.

Fully air-conditioned, TV, fully equipped kitchen dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge with freezer.
1 shower room with washing machine, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed, lounge with sofa bed 2 places, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed.
Bedsheets included.

1 parking space. Free tennis court (register at the reception). The Hamlet is secured with portal at the entrance.
