This fully renovated and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the relaxing retreat you’ve been seeking. The quiet neighborhood in part of historic Hilo backs up to a greenbelt on a dead-end street. Rainbow Falls is just a short drive, as is downtown Hilo and Bayfront.

The kitchen is easy to work in and of course has all the amenities that you’ll need to cook up those scrumptious island meals. Eat inside or dine outside on the screened-in lanai!

The living room is comfortable with a smart TV for streaming (no cable), and the house does have high-speed wireless internet through Spectrum.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and the guest bedrooms have a queen and a full/double bed. There’s also a full guest bath also with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have combination tub/showers.

From this convenient location, explore old Hilo town with its great farmers market, historical museums, wonderful restaurants and more. Don’t miss Richardson’s, Carlsmith or Onekahakaha Beach Parks! Also discover beautiful Akaka Water Falls Park, the 4-mile scenic loop at Onomea Bay, and the Old Mamalahoa Highway - the original highway built back in the 20’s that took you from Hilo town to the beautiful horse country of Waimea.

Perfect place to stay in Hilo

We love the family feeling of Hilo and this house is in a quiet neighborhood which suited us very well. It is an easy drive to so many great places on the Big Island from this location. We would happily stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: house was great, neighbors were fantastic. very accommodating location. House was clean and inviting. LR Furniture expired and uncomfortable. Main bedrm needs new mattress that doesn't slope to middle and not have to cling to edge. Fry pans were shedding teflon coating, not good. Lanai good. Frogs loud at first, guess you get used to them.I am property manager and appreciate feedback. Hope you feel the same. Few upgrades could definitely improve the experience.

Loved the area! House was clean. Funny part was when a neighbor asked if we seen a goat running around. I guess someone lost their pet goat. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great time in Hilo

My kids and I had a great stay at this house in Hilo. Everything we needed was provided , communication was great, check in and out was easy. Location is close to town and shopping and restaurants. Some houses on the street were run down but it is Hilo after all but the property itself was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the lanai. We would definitely stay here again . Thank you!
