The Lazy Loft Hilo - peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental
Keep it simple and serene at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental. Our home is perfect for couples, small families or friends looking for the perfect home base for their next big island adventure. The Master Bedroom features a walk-in-closet and it's own bathroom. There is a balcony that overlooks the backyard and there is access to shared laundry on site! It's conveniently located less than 10 mins away from Downtown Hilo and 3 mins from grocery stores and the mall.
The Lazy Loft is the cozy and spacious upstairs unit of our duplex offering plenty of natural lighting. The stairs at the front of the house lead you up to your private entrance or park in the carport on the left, walk up the steps to your own private balcony and step into your home away from home. There are 2 bedrooms both furnished with king beds. The Master Suite has its own walk-in-closet and private bathroom. The Kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your basic essentials and dinnerware. There is a Queen Size Sofa Bed in the Living Room for extra sleeping space

- University of Hawaii at Hilo, if you're visiting a student
There are also plenty of restaurants in the area and we are happy to provide recommendations. The rest of Hilo is only a 10 mins drive away to places like Hilo Bayfront, Honolii, Rainbow Falls and many more.

We also feel the need to mention that we love Hilo for its authentic old-Hawaii vibe and Aloha Spirit but if you are looking for white sand beaches and up-scale sophisticated neighborhoods, this is probably not the right place for you to stay. These plantation era homes were built in the 1960’s and while ours has been lovingly maintained and updated, there are still parts that are original. Some houses and areas in Hilo are in need of a little TLC, including a few houses in our neighborhood. If this is something that will impact how you experience Hawaii, then it may be wise to consider staying at a resort. Nonetheless, if you are looking for an adventure and authentic Hawaiian experiences, we have that in abundance and welcome you to stay with us.

Our Little Hilo Hideaway has 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and max occupancy of 10 people. The minimum rental for this property is 1 nights, but this can change depending on the season you plan on staying. Previous guests have given good rated it, and VRBO labeled it a top-rated House because of the excellent services rendered by the owner or manager of this House, and has consistently provided great experiences for their guests. Most families or guests that use it recommend it to their friends and some of them are repeat guests.
