This unit has a king size bed, flatscreen Tv, pull-out couch, full kitchen, and beautiful view of the beach off your balcony.
Recharge from all the daily stress of life by booking this studio. Conveniently, located on the South-end of the island near the well-known Santini Plaza. Enjoy the partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and wake up to walk the white sandy beach.
You will have access to a heated pool, tennis courts, outdoor seating and grills, beach access, bird watching, shuffleboard, and friendly neighbors
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )
