The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all towels, wash clothes, bed linens and pillows cases and in the bathtub.
Make sure both pool fobs are available. Set air conditioner to 79 degrees.
If any furniture was moved please rearrange it back to where it was upon arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
6 night minimum per the association.
Pet approval by the association takes about 30 days to be completed.
