Enjoy dining al fresco on the large, covered patio deck or relaxing in a comfy Adirondack chair in the big backyard under the shade of the grand lychee nut tree. A butterfly garden and exterior lighting create a romantic setting day and night. Only 1 mile to downtown Stuart and 4 miles to Stuart Beach on Hutchinson Island. Shopping and restaurants nearby.
All new beds with BeautyRest adjustable mattresses with remote control for making sleeping, reading in bed or watching TV extremely comfortable. All new kitchen with quartzite counters, new white shaker cabinets, new pots and pans. Enjoy watching TV inside or outside on the fabulous large covered deck with mounted TV and mini fridge for cold drinks with lots of seating. You’ll love it!

Stuart is a great location

Great place and a good jumping off location for offshore fishing, NASA, Epcot and even a trip to the keys. Stuart is just the right size with enough restaurants, shopping and interesting history.

Jack wand his wife were dream guests. I could hardly tell anyone had stayed in my cottage after they left because it was so neat and tidy. Glad they said they had a good time and enjoyed their stay. I only wish we had gotten a chance to meet in person, but it was a crazy week for me. Next time. I would definitely love for them to return.

This is a very nice property. Julia has done a fantastic job with the property and has many nice little touches. It is super clean and very convenient to the boardwalk and downtown Stuart. Would definitely go back.

Great cottage

Julia's attention to detail is amazing. Every thing about the home is so relaxing. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. The property is beautifully landscaped and the night time accent lights are very nice too. We enjoyed the location. Just a short walk to Memorial Park and downtown. Stayed there twice and have booked another stay for next winter.

Perfect Getaway

This house is a gem. We were visiting relatives in the area and we needed a small rental for a couple of us. The location is close to the Riverwalk and wonderful shops and restaurants. Our host Julia was very attentive. I highly recommend Coastal Karma if you are staying in or about Stuart

Great Karma

This is a great cottage; the decor is perfectly beachy and is very well stocked, Julia thought of everything. The backyard and covered deck are a great place to relax. It is in a quiet location, but close proximity to historic downtown Stuart, great nearby restaurants and shops and a short drive to the beaches. We would love to come back again, and highly recommend Coastal Karma Cottage.

John and Traci were delightful guests, left my place in very good condition and even helped save my grass, garden flowers and trees from dying by watering them by hand several times due to my sprinkler system being on the blink while they were there. I got it fixed right after they left, but they saved the day with their willingness to pitch in like that. They would be welcome back anytime. We had a good visit while they were there.

Perfect house for our needs

This home has everything one needs for a nice visit. It’s close enough to downtown Stuart, ~a mile, that we frequently walk to town. Julia’s detail to the house, from the impeccable landscaping to great furnishings, make us feel at home. Communication is always prompt, easy and pleasant.

5 stars are not enough!

This is by far the best VRBO property my wife and I have stayed at. Over the years we have stayed an many properties that were great and I rated at 5 stars. This home beats them all and there should be a way to add a 6th or 7th star for Julias wonderful cottage. Great location, very comfortable, scenic back yard, and so much attention to every detail. hope we will be abbe to stay again someday. .

Coastal PERFECTION!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Karma Cottage. Perfect location in Stuart and amazing property! Julia has made this “home” for anyone who stays in this comfortable and immaculate cottage. We wanted for nothing as she has thought of everything needed to feel cozy and welcomed. As a former SoFLoridian, felt this was close to all amenities (old downtown, restaurants, grocery, etc.) and short drive access to the beautiful beaches of East Coast Florida. We highly recommend staying in this slice of heaven in Stuart, FL!

Excellent beach theme cottage within walking distance to downtown Stuart

Every detail well thought out. Excellent coastal theme design. Within walking distance to town and 8 minute drive to Hutchinson Island beaches. Owner had set up cottage with snacks,coffee with creamers, chocolates and a bottle of wine in refrigerator. Great welcome book with places to visit and restaurants. Rode the bikes around neighborhood and up to town. Enjoyed art show and Sunday music and craft fairs. Wonderful experience,will return again

Great little cottage!

Everything about this place is outstanding. It's clean, comfortable, and extremely well appointed including the two bikes. We cooked in often and the kitchen has everything you would need, We especially enjoyed the covered patio and lovely backyard for relaxing and meals. The cottage is on a quiet street conveniently located within walking distance to town and the Riverwalk. Communicating with Julia was easy and she will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Turquoise delight

We pulled into the circular drive and were very pleased with the looks of the outside of the cottage. Inside, was another delight. Modern, well decorated, kitchen fully equipped, both bedrooms were lovely, we had a difficult time choosing which to use. Many amenities such as snack crackers, beer and water in the frig, Pellagrino water to use for drinks, drip coffee maker as well as Keurig both with starter coffee to use. We could not believe the thoughtfulness. The owner stopped by soon after we arrived to meet us with a warm welcome. The patio was exceptionally nice with plenty of chairs and tables and an outdoor TV. The yard was landscaped beautifully, I took pictures. We walked each morning in the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the bench out front after our walk. We would definitely return to this cottage. Judi and Jack

A cozy cottage for a quiet getaway

Our host, Julia, was amazing and was extremely attentive to our questions before and during our stay. She came by to meet us several days in and make sure all was perfect. She has all of the necessities ready to go so that settling in takes no time. The deck and yard are quite large and provide opportunities to sit and relax. Convenient to downtown Stuart for local dining, shopping and events and minutes from beaches and stores. The bikes were a much appreciated bonus to this property and we’re in great shape. We stayed 2 weeks and felt completely at home.

Great location

Julia’s place was perfectly situated between the village and the beach. The cottage was nicely renovated and well equipped. We particularly liked the kitchen as a great place to. cook for our 3 week stay. The rear deck was a bonus for eating breakfast and hanging out I also appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella as well as the two bikes

She was a Realtor, my first Broker, and after 30 years of doing real estate she opened her ancestral home in Huntsville, TX as an exquisite B&B for 30 years. I’ve been doing real estate for about 15 years and found this cute little house that I can do the modern version of a BnB on VRBO! In tribute to my sweet mom who is in Heaven now.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with its charm. It was built in 1950 and has a large covered patio deck and a huge backyard that encourages relaxing and taking it easy. I renovated it and brought it up to date so that it’s a perfect getaway place to getaway from it all. Everyone says, “It’s got good karma.”

Large covered back patio deck for dining al fresco. Huge backyard freshly landscaped with floral and palm trees. Butterfly garden at the back steps of the patio attracts the prettiest butterflies. Good space for hanging out with friends and family. And you’re close to downtown Stuart in one direction and the beach in the other direction.
