Very bright and open 4 bedroom home. All updated. Newer stainless kitchen appliances. Master bedroom has a walk-in shower. Tub in the second bathroom. Soak up the sun around your private, beautiful pool with hot tub in the desert landscaped yard. Enjoy the mountain view in your own space secluded from the neighbors. Kitchen is fully outfitted if you want to stay in and cook a meal. There is a gas grill outside the sunroom off the kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed, each of the other three bedrooms has a queen size bed. Like all our properties, this house is priced with surcharge for the 7th and 8th guest on the nightly rent. Pool and spa heat is optional and is an additional charge of $95 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility. One dog is permitted. This must be in the reservation request and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Perfect getaway

This home was a perfect getaway for our family of 6. We wanted to find a home where we could be together and enjoy before end of summer and this home was it. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Via Escuela Escape! We loved the sun room, pool, and amenities. When issues came up the property manager was very quick to work on them with us. Would return!

Great Find In Palm Springs

This property was well maintained and very close to everything in the Palm Springs area. I was a little concerned with all of the rules and regulations but I can certainly understand why they have to have them. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. I only cooked a couple of breakfasts but everything that you would need to cook a meal was available. Sinks in the bathrooms were very small. I suppose this was to make the bathrooms look roomier but I would trade off the room for bigger sinks. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent all around!

This house is a great combination of things. It's got tons of capacity in the sleeping quarters with comfortable beds. But it also has lots of open and airy common space between the living room (w/ huge couch), a large sunporch, and spacious backyard with multiple seating areas, firepit etc. around a sizeable saltwater pool and spa. Communication was clear and prompt. My family and I loved it! Highly recommend!

Great House

The house itself is great, nice layout and big yard. Plenty of room to hangout and the pool was great. Mattresses have seen better days and are not very supportive. Close to main roads and only 10-15 min drive anywhere in town. Only real issues were that we tried to get ahold of management about some torn and stained sheets but never got a reply. Stayed for 10 days with no interaction or answers from anyone about house issues.

Palm Springs Hidden Gem!

Great experience - Jon/Mike were very responsive and accommodating to our group of 7 women. House was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed to cook at home (dishes, spices, pans, etc.). The pool was awesome in the 115* heat, and there were even a couple pool toys for us to use! Great location, ten minutes from the airport and about 10-15 to downtown Palm Springs (bars, restaurants, etc.). 5 stars!

Great, comfortable stay

This was was great for our family of 4 (2 teens). It's not huge, but the layout is a very efficient use of space. The whole house was was very clean and updated. Kitchen was sparkling and well-stocked with dishware and cookware (minor suggestion: a larger saute pan and more dish towels!). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Backyard is secluded with a small-ish but well-maintained pool/spa. TV was easy to use. Good location, a short drive to downtown. Property management company was easy to reach and helpful when we had a question. Thanks for a great visit!

Fun and friendly getaway

Property rental was a breeze, making it super easy to show up and get right into vacation mode. Loved the pool. Perfect for early morning swims. All the noise ordinances are a bit anxiety inducing, but so it goes in Palm Springs.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the private pool. Fun and funky design and spacious..We all had our own spacious bedrooms ( a lot of space for an older mid century layout ) Nice big backyard, enough shade with umbrellas provided. The pool is a nice sized pool, not terribly big but enough to accommodate all of us to have a cool down and swim around a bit. Loved the location. Super close to downtown and shopping, but we stayed in and cooked in the house because most things are closed for COVID. The kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans plates and utensils we needed, but you need to bring your own seasonings and oil, etc. The property managers are easy to communicate with. The only disappointment is that due to a city wide ordinance in Palm Springs, you are not allowed to listen to music (even Very quietly) outside at a vacation rental, so bring headphones!

Amazing House

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s right off the freeway and near many grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very modern and worked great. The description of the house is very accurate. There is enough parking. The pool was big and the outdoor seating was great. The house was very clean, the owners were very accommodating and communicated great. I have rented many houses for vacation purposes, and I would highly recommend this house!
