Just what we looked for, sunrise walks on the beach! Close to so many restaurants and fun stuff on the island.No the most efficient A/C but the fans made it nice

Truly excellent!

We loved this condo, it had everything we needed, including beach gear, a well-equipped kitchen, and actually comfortable beds! The location was great, a nice short walk to the beach and easy drive into downtown. There are also grocery stores and restaurants close by. I loved that it came with a starter kit of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. So many places don’t do that anymore and it’s such a hassle. The condo was very clean, the furniture was in great shape, and it was plenty cool enough with the fans. We’d come back!

We loved this property. It was well acquainted and very clean. It was overlooking the pool with an ocean view which I loved for my coffee every morning on the balcony. The grounds were tended to daily as well as the pool. It is quiet and just a walk away from the beach. Very comfortable for me and my son. We will most certainly rent again! Very happy!

Spanish Trace is great place for peace and tranquility. The beach is absolutely beautiful. It is also a short drive from the historic downtown. This is definitely a plus. Great host as well. Communication was clear and prompt.
