Experience a true beach vacation in Vero Beach at our private home.
We are located on a quiet residential street 40 steps from the beach. The beach is pristine and quiet, perfect for all ages to play in the surf.
Our large, heavily treed lot features private gardens with plenty of space for relaxing, playing games and socializing with friends and family. Our home is fully equipped and ready to enjoy.
We pride ourselves in providing an exceptionally clean living environment.
Enjoy our immediate proximity to the beach and the sounds of the surf. The natural, mature vegetation provides perfect protection from the wind and blowing sand.
We have 5 bicycles for your enjoyment (additional bikes can be rented in town for $15/day).

Winter season (Nov 1 - Apr 30): 7 day minimum stay, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days
Summer season (May 1 - Oct 31): 3 day minimum stay. 10% discount for stays over 7 consecutive days, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days

The house is very clean, incredibly beautifully furnished, and very nicely located. Only 30 meters from the beach, the house is ideal for a family vacation or a vacation with friends. Great amenities and very tasteful beach-style furnishings round out this extremely beautiful house.

Beach Getaway

The house was beautifully decorated and also very comfortable. It had 3 master suites which was perfect for my family. The proximity to a mostly private beach and good restaurants nearby made it a fabulous vacation.

This beach cottage is lovely. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need from beach chairs and towels to laundry detergent, soap, spices, paper products, bikes, coolers etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. And it's only a few steps to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the patio or while napping in the hammock.

Great experience!

We stayed for 10 days as our family enjoys quiet time near the water. The location to the beach was perfect - close enough and just off the beach to walk back for lunch or to cool off. The beach chairs, towels, tent/umbrellas were the best we have ever had access to in our years of staying at beach homes. The home was as advertised and most comfortable for our family. Also, we loved learning about the Vero Beach area and enjoyed eating at local restaurants in the area. It was perfect. Thank you!!

Perfect beach house!

This is probably the best home we have ever rented. The home has everything you would need or want from beach towels&chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is one block from a beautiful beach yet close to town, restaurants and shopping. The house has plenty of space indoors and out for a family gathering with grills, smoker and fire pit. And, though we had not expected to use it, a gas fireplace in the living area. Working with the owners was so easy and enjoyable. Our family enjoyed our visit very much and hope to rent again!

Nirvana!

This rental is perfection. 💗 The home is very clean, comfortable, updated and beautifully decorated (with lots of room and privacy). The second floor balconies with each bedroom are wonderful. Just steps from the beautiful, peaceful beach...sunrises are amazing! The back patio is exceptional...an oasis. Neighbors are very friendly :). Our stay was incredible but too short. Gordon and Annemarie are exceptional hosts!!

Amazing Home!

**A Hidden Gem!** This home exceeded all our expectations—it's even more impressive than the photos and description suggest! The proximity to the ocean is incredible; you can hear the soothing sound of waves crashing from inside the house, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious linens and high-quality soaps to the fun selection of board games available for guests. The house was pristine, filled with natural light, and exuded warmth and comfort. Our five-day stay was nothing short of amazing. Vero Beach is a delightful discovery, too—every meal we had was delicious, and we encountered nothing but friendly faces. We truly hope to return someday, and when we do, we know exactly where we'll stay!

Blissful and Opulent

This home is the most well appointed home we've ever stayed in. It is pure luxury on every level. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the beach at night watching the sea turtles come in to nest during a full moon cycle. Truly a magical experience and staying in this home made it such a wonderful experience with our college age kids. I was sorry to have missed the checkout time so we weren't able to restore it to its proper pristine condition before leaving. I really felt awful because this house is impeccable and deserved proper attention. Look no further. This is the place you should be renting when coming to Vero!

One of the best vacations ever !

Landlord and concierge are just the best.! Beach house is beautiful, full of amenities, and super comfortable for 6. It’s really steps to the beach! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a truly relaxed vacation.

Amazing stay in beautiful house in perfect quiet location

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The house is beautiful inside and outside, a lot of attention to details, and it has everything needed and ready for guests to enjoy! Proximity to the beach is perfect, not talking about the privacy given that there is no public beach access. So we enjoyed beach days with most of the time no one in sight... both the owners and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. We will certainly plan another vacation at this property, and highly recommend it!

As the saying goes: "location, location, location". We are 40 steps to the beach. You hear the surf as you drift off to sleep. The street is quiet. Our property is very private. And the beach is largely deserted!
Vero Beach is a well-kept secret on Florida's Treasure Coast. Come and see what we mean!

What makes this property unique

This is a traditional 60's "Key West" Florida cottage. Since 2020 we have upgraded the property - including grounds, furniture, electrical, plumbing, appliances and decor. All bedrooms are private suites with ensuite bathrooms. The home is well equipped with absolutely everything you will need.
CLEANLINESS: We are sticklers for cleanliness. Our home is cleaned and sanitized between visitors by our professional staff. We review their work constantly.
SUSTAINABILITY: Our exterior lights are low to minimize our impact on sea turtles and other wildlife. We discourage single-use products and recycle everything. We are transitioning to 100% LED lighting.
VALUE: We monitor the prices of comparable accommodations in our area and keep our prices competitive.
WE ARE PROUD THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED 5 STAR RATINGS FROM EVERY ONE OF OUR DOZENS OF GUESTS.
