With space for up to eight lucky beachgoers, this rental features a private, furnished balcony, a spacious and comfortable living area and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests of this Summerchase condo will also enjoy on-site deluxe amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and convenient beach access.

We loved the condo. Fairly large and the furniture and decor was very nice. The beach area was not overly crowded. Location was wonderful. Our only complaint is the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot for 30 minutes the soles of our feet were black. This was also an issue for our family in another condo in same building, so this would be an issue with cleaning company. Aside from this, our visit was wonderful.

Ideal location!

Summerchase is a great location with a very short walk to the beach. It is also very close to good restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful. 407 is a very comfortable and clean condo.

Relaxing Vacation

This Condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. Perfect beach view for drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. It actually was very similar to our kitchen and decor at home. Easy access to everything. You can walk or drive to nearby grocery stores and souvenir shops. Very relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back.

Loved the place! Location was great. Beach access was great. The condo was well equipped. The only negatives was the very rough wash clothes and towels. Also, the pillows could be better on the beds but overall we enjoyed the condo tremendously and would definitely book it again.

Overall we had a nice stay. It was a nice place with a great view. I do have a couple of complaints unfortunately. The floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival and our air went out on the first day. They did come fix the air on day two and they were good about communicating with us about it.

Overall a good condo.

The biggest complaint was that the furniture was dirty. We had to put sheets on the couch and chair just to sit on them. Other than that it was great. No noise issues, and a great view and location.

Easy going condo!

Looks can be deceiving! The building itself is on the older side of things, but the condo was updated and spacious! The location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. The beach and common areas were very clean. The building does offer a beach service for an additional fee. The beds were comfy and plenty of hot water. Excellent ocean views on the spacious balcony. My only minor complaints, no broom to sweep up sand (there was a vacuum but I'm on vacation), feet turned black from the floors, and I could hear the garbage man every morning around 5 (I'm a light sleeper) in the guest bedroom. Overall, AWESOME condo! I'd stay here again!

Rent at your own risk…..

Rented for 6 ladies for 3 nights. On Night 1, guest shower was unusable after just 1 shower due to the bathroom flooding. Previous water damage was very visible, so I’m uncertain why the repair wasn’t completed prior to our stay. Guest shower remained unusable for remainder of the stay….so essentially we had 1 shower for 6 ladies for 3 nights. Reached out more than once to give owners the opportunity to make amends and received zero responses.

Beautiful condo but not clean

When we arrived and walked in the door the condo smelled of mildew. We sprayed the whole condo with Lysol but it did not help. The living room furniture is nasty and needs to be steam cleaned. We sat on sheets to keep from having to sit directly on furniture. After an hour of walking around barefoot our feet were completely black. I sent the manager a picture of our feet and let them know about how dirty the floors were and they said they would get back in touch. The next morning at 10 am cleaning people showed up without any notice to clean the floors. While the condo itself is beautiful and is in a great location it desperately needs some deep cleaning. The living room furniture is nasty and needs to be steam cleaned. We sat on sheets to keep from having to sit directly on furniture. For the amount of money we paid to stay here we were disappointed in having to stay in a dirty/smelly condo.

Overall, very nice but need some items addressed

We loved the location, balcony, living room seating, dining room seating. The condo set up was nice and the renovations done well. There were just a few items that need to be addressed with the bedding and floor cleanliness. The check in and out was very easy.

Great place with a good location BUT…

Place was nice, very spacious and equipped with everything you would need to stay for a few days. The location was also a plus. I was really disappointed in the parking situation. There was not always a parking spot available and we were told we had to park across the busy street. Also all the amenities shut down at 10pm, including the swimming pools. Other than the parking and 10pm curfew, everything was great.

Unpleasant surprises

The property and location were excellent .communicating with Vacasa and getting help to get inside the gate was ridiculously hard Monday night was peaceful Tuesday was peaceful Wednesday they started construction right next door and underneath and it was all day Christmas Day Thursday and Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 drills and hammers it was very upsetting and annoying. In addition to that the additional charges added on to the room were a surprise to us and they were higher than I had expected that additional charges would be. There was no straightforward your bill will be this amount etc it was just a total bunch of surprises and Vacasa is very hard to communicate with I would not book with the casa ever again

Needs updating..

We have used Vacasa other times and we're quite pleased. This unit wasn't the case. We decided not to stay there...Due to the condition of the unit. There was a strong smell of mold or mildew, and with some health issues I have I couldn't take the chance of being exposed to anything like that. There was construction going on above us, and even if could have stayed, we wouldn't have been able to relax with the noise. There is rust on the range and AC vents. The glass shower in the large bed room appeared to not have been properly cleaned in a while. The picture of the unit on most travel website are very misleading. The photos, and description should be updated and the should be the unit a well.
