The Space:
This is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom Snowcrest condo that is a short walk, involving stairs, to the base area.
This second floor condo has an inviting open floor plan that encompasses the living/dining and kitchen space. The living room has a smart tv and lots of comfortable space to make yourself at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to create quite a feast. The large dining table works well for meals or playing one of the many games provided. You will also find a full bath with a shower on this floor. Large windows in the living area and the small balcony off the front of the condo provide stunning views of Mt CB.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (queen over queen) and is loft-style which opens to the living room below. There is a proper wall that is about 4 feet high (no see through rails) to keep this area private. In between the 2 bedrooms you will find a small laundry area and a shared full bath.
The complex is just across the pedway over the highway from the base area proper so once here you really do not need a car.
Please note that the hot tub is seasonal and typically is open last week of June to Labor Day and Thanksgiving day to the end of the ski season.
Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask.
Only 1 parking space is available at this property.
No smoking are allowed and guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Children with a parent or guardian are always welcome. The HOA does not allow RV's or trailers of any kind.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Snowcrest Parking Plan Notice*
The following parking regulations were approved by the Snowcrest Board of Directors and have been
incorporated into the Homeowner Association’s (HOA) governing documents:
To ensure appropriate parking in the lot is provided for all Owner Occupants, Long Term Tenants
and Guests of the Association, a valid permit must be displayed on each vehicle at all times.
Violator’s vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense. Rental guests will be allowed 1 permit
when units have a garage and a maximum of 2 permits for units that do not have a garage. Permits
will be provided by the company managing the short term rentals for that unit.
Annual tags-Owners can obtain plastic permits through the current property manager; these will
expire April 30th of each year. Lost permits can be replaced for an additional fee as established
by the Management Company.
No more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property for each
residential condominium unit, including assigned unit garages. Unit owners will be issued 2
parking permits, but unit owners with garages are eligible to receive just one permit. No unit
owner, guest, invitee, contractor employee or lessee shall park their motor vehicles in a way that
may obstruct access of any drives, loading zones, or other condominium unit or garages.
Parking and motor vehicle violations are subject to immediate removal, without notification. The
costs for towing and storage of removed vehicles will be the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner.
Reoccurring violations may cause the unit owner to additionally be assessed fines.
No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of Snowcrest Condominiums unless the
same has current valid license plates, is in good working condition, and used for actual
transportation.
No motor vehicle shall be parked within one parking location for longer than 10 days. Violator’s
vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense.
All vehicles shall be cleaned of snow, including the entire parking space surrounding the vehicle
within 24 hours. Violator’s vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense
All Contractors are required to comply with the Association Motor Vehicle Rules.
Note: On-street/Town right of way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

This was our second time staying at this property. The location was excellent for skiing, the unit was very clean, and the view of Crested Butte was an added bonus.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was cozy, well-stocked with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything we wanted to explore. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they clearly put care into every detail.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was super convenient, as there was a short walk (with many stairs) to the main ski lifts. The building itself was pretty dated, but the condo has been nicely renovated. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the couch was cozy.
My husband and I wanted to visit Crested Butte to hike and enjoy the mountains in the summer. The condo was conveniently located very close to the ski resort. We were able to hike and rent bikes all within a very proximity to the condo. We would definitely stay here again.
The Snowcrest condo was perfect for a late summer hiking trip to the beautiful Crested Butte area. The condo was clean and tidy, and uniquely decorated. The kitchen was "just like home" and the area was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
This perfect ski condo was as described less than a five minute walk to the base lifts, comfortable perfectly clean and well appropriated. We live in a ski resort and love to visit other mountains, CB is such a blast!
Nice condo. Very clean. Great communication. Convenient location to mountain. Beds are comfortable, pillows are stiff. Single parking spot is inconvenient for group but overall would stay again.
We absolutely loved this condo and its location. The condo is extremely well furnished and super comfortable (beds and couch get an A+). We were able to go right out the door to trails up Mt. Crested Butte and it was a quick drive or bike ride into town. My two friends and I all loved the condo and also noted how great it would be to take out families back to (individually of course). It's set up perfectly with big bunk beds and plenty of space in the kitchen and living room.
This property is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and allows easy access to the mountain and ski village. The views of Mt. crested Butte and the slopes are spectacular, as are the views on the backside of the condo, over looking Snodgrass and Githic Peak. The house is beautifully decorated with endless unique and fun touches. The space is huge- we had a family of 6 and even entertained friends one night for dinner with plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen. It felt like home the entire time we were there. We hope to return some day soon!
The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s even better than imagined. The owner has gone to great lengths to create a unique and awesome design in this perfectly located condo just 5 minutes walk from the lifts. Apre ski? How about on the patio with unobstructed views of Crested Butte as the sun sets. Management was responsive and friendly as well. We were a party of two but 4 to 6 would be comfortable.
This condo gives you great views of Mt. Crested Butte and the elevated walkway allows you easy base access. The kitchen is well equipped to cook any meal. It would be great if there was KCup option for morning coffee : ) We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and be comfortable. My only other suggestion is ceiling fans...especially for the summer or box fans to cool the rooms. While the temperature does fall at night in the summer, it did stay quite warm in the bedrooms (making sleep difficult). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed!
I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old. The location was great! A few things which made us rate 4 stars. I reached out ahead of time requesting a travel crib. When we arrived the crib was not in the property. Unfortunately we didn’t get it but a few hours later, after our baby’s bedtime which made for a rough first night. This property didn’t have a humidifier which should be standard in a place like this. The property manager did get us one after requesting it. Lastly, the second bedroom is not enclosed although the listing makes it look like it; it is more of a loft. Otherwise, the property was super clean, well stocked and the best part was the wonderful property manager Shay. She was super responsive for our requests…she deserves 5 stars!
Everything was great, aside from the lights not working in the first floor bathroom. We wrote to the property manager on day 1 about it, but they weren’t able to have anyone come fix it. Not a huge deal though.
Place is a 5 min walk from the slopes, which was awesome!

I have stayed in many units at this complex. This one was super clean and had all the essential kitchen equipment. Nice dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. It is at the top of the complex so a bit of a hike up form the base, however the view of the mountain and town makes it worth it. I would rent this unit again. My only suggestion is both bathrooms need new shower heads for a more even water flow.
Overall the stay was good.. condo had been remodeled and it was great access to the lifts...the main negative was the access to the property with the steeper drive being basically impossible during the winter storm that was happening during our stay....city did a very poor job of snowplowing the drives and most in the complex were unable to use any of the garages (leased out to other people it seems) and the driveway to the complex was very ice/slippery and everyone struggled to even get in and out of the driveway...be aware that you may get snowed/iced in when a bad storm hits and the city does a very poor job of making travel safe for in and out access to the property.

When this family visited we were in the midst of a historic snow storm that dropped 100" of snow in 8 days. Everyone was having trouble keeping up and that included the towns, hwy crews, property managers, HOA's etc. When traveling in our area in winter months you do have to have the right vehicles with good tires. Again this was a mass amount of snow in an incredibly short period of time that is not the norm for our area. For this condo, the owner does not offer the garage and we do advertise accordingly. While I live here and have a 4 wheel drive car with good tires, I had no issues getting in and out of that complex and nor did any of my staff. I think the positive that this guest forgot is that in the winter months you try to make it here for these storms! It was epic and kind of once in a lifetime to experience it and while it was alot of work for us in this type of work, I sure hope you had an amazing day playing in it!
We've stayed here twice with little kids - the condo is beautiful and very well taken care of, and the location is perfect - a five-minute walk to skiing/snowboarding, and a short drive to miles of beautiful nordic trails through Aspen forests. Can't recommend enough.
