Sitting directly on Romar Beach and less than seven miles east of Highway 59, this spacious condo (the largest and only four-bedroom condo in the complex) features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks, an additional wet bar for added guest enjoyment, and a jetted tub in the master suite for the ultimate in relaxation. Take advantage of the shared on-site amenities that include the Four Seasons gulf front fishing pier, convenient outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, a well-equipped fitness center, and the enclosed Four Seasons complex features on-site security. And of course, enjoy the lovely views of the Gulf from one of the front patios - both primary bedrooms have them!
The beach and some of the best local restaurants. Four Seasons is seven miles from highway 59 and nearby entertainment options such as The Wharf, Flora Bama and The
Hangout. You'll be just a short drive to Gulf State Park, where you can enjoy the on-site restaurant “Woodside,” miles of scenic nature trails, and even more views of the Gulf of Mexico and lakes on the north side of the main highway.
THINGS TO KNOW
Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.
Larger pickup trucks such as ones that have dual rear wheels cannot be accommodated in the Four Seasons parking lot, per the HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
