Our detached home is adjacent to the park and centrally located in Golden Hill / South Park with shops and restaurants in walking distance. This house is family friendly with it's own enclosed yard.

Relax. This home has been beautifully decorated with simple, clean furnishings and is ready to offer you a wonderful stay while visiting San Diego. Our home has 3 bedrooms, which fits 6 comfortably. It is a cozy space around 900 sq. ft, but has everything you will need with a nice outdoor area and park next door. Free street parking is available.

Guests will access the house with a keypad code sent before check-in.

The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, fridge with ice maker) and stocked with basics for cooking. The TV connects to local channels, Netflix, and other streaming services. The private yard has patio furniture and plenty of space for children to enjoy outside. Free onsite laundry is available for guests. There's also a Pack-N-Play available for guests with little children.

There are 4 beds in the 3 rooms. A queen, a double, and two twin beds. Photos are available in the listing.

We are in the flight path of San Diego Airport. There are planes flying at all times of the day and night. The planes do cause the occasional conversation interruption during peak hours while you are outside, but noise is minimal inside the home with the windows closed.

You will have exclusive access to the home during your stay. We are usually in Los Angeles, so unlikely to meet during your stay.

What a delightful place to stay. Lovely neighborhood with a few eateries right around the corner. Host is super responsive! We spent a lot of time in Balboa Park so this was the perfect spot. Easy to get to the waterfront, too.

Not My Favorite

Limited parking if any. There is a second rental in the back (not mentioned). The floor is not level which throws off your equilibrium. Very limited space and seating which was uncomfortable. The tv is literally 5 feet from the couch and the couch is against the wall. We payed for 2 nights, but chose to just get a hotel after the first night. Might be ok if your just going there to sleep and don't plan on spending time where your staying at. Location was convenient.
