Updated 4 bedroom/2 bath craftsman style home in the BEST location! This beautiful house has a huge backyard and is close to almost everything San Diego has to offer. Only about a mile or two away from Balboa Park, the Zoo, Old Town, The Gaslamp Quarter, The Embarcadero, Hillcrest and just minutes from the airport. WALK to Little Italy in 10 minutes! Beautiful huge backyard with plenty of room to entertain. GREAT for families, or larger groups!! Sleeps 8 comfortably!
We’re close to all the best things San Diego has to offer. WALK to Little Italy and dine at some of the best restaurants in San Diego. We’re within a few minutes Uber/Lyft to Balboa Park, the famous San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Gaslamp Quarter, or the Embarcedaro, and Seaport Village.
ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD PARTYING ALLOWED!! Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm! Any out of hand parties will result in IMMEDIATE eviction and no refunds. No exceptions!!! We are close with our neighbors and have surveillance cameras outside so please don’t attempt it.
