Hoping for the perfect beach retreat? Look no further than Hidden Beach. This fantastic 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, pet-friendly townhome is extremely comfortable. The unit accommodates up to six people with one king bed and two full beds arranged as bunk beds. Hidden Beach is in a great location in Barrier Dunes overlooking the lighted tennis/pickleball courts. It is close to both community swimming pools and is only a few minutes walk to the beach! Hidden Beach is one of those special places that is perfect for a single family, snowbirds, or friends looking for just the right place to stay in paradise!

As you come up the stairs, the first floor welcomes you into an open and bright living/dining/kitchen area. The townhome is tiled throughout, which is absolutely perfect for the beach. You quickly know you're simply going to love it here. The living area is comfortable and has plenty of room to relax after a fun day in the sun. And there is a nice flat screen TV to enjoy a movie night. The living area opens onto a great resurfaced deck that gets the morning sun, making it the perfect place for your first cup of coffee. With a table & chairs and a gas grill, it's also a ideal space for outdoor dining.

A wonderful benefit of this property is having a bedroom on the main level. This bedroom has bunk beds and sleeps up to four people. Each bed is full-sized, but the top bunk is more suitable for kids - not adult-sized guests. The room is sunny and cheerful, and offers you a small peek at the Gulf. This bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV, as well as a wonderful little balcony that offers a great place to sit and watch the glorious sunsets. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination on the main level, located between the kitchen and the bedroom.

The entire second level is a huge, private master suite that offers a quiet, peaceful place where you cannot help but relax and unwind. There is more than enough room to unpack and settle in. The spacious deck is a great place to enjoy the morning sun, with a view of the tennis courts and swimming pool. And the large flat screen tv allows you to "chill out" and enjoy a little personal downtime. The en-suite has a large double vanity, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. There is even a distant view of the Gulf from the master bathroom. On this level, there is also a large walk-in closet and a laundry room with a front loading washer and dryer.

Directly across the street from Hidden Beach is the path that leads you along the community green space, through the gazebo, and onto the sugary white sand. You are only a 2 minute stroll to the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Hidden Beach has a beach closet filled with accessories for you to relax and enjoy the sun - including 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart to help you easily get everything to the beach or pool. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, with hot & cold water so you can comfortably rinse off the sand when you get back from the beach.

Barrier Dunes is a great community for guests of all ages. The streets are safe for walking your dog as well as for your children or grandchildren to play or ride bikes. Along with two pools and two tennis/pickle ball courts, there are also three beach access points, a wonderful playground with new equipment, and ponds, where kids also love to feed the resident turtles.
