About this property

Nice 3 BR, 2 bath Condo. Large heated pool!


Unit 112 is a Modern condo with all the accommodations you need! Just across the road from the beach, this condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths overlooking the marina. Reg# 22-0567.

Beautifully appointed in modern blues and whites. Kitchen is fully stocked including Kuerig coffee machine. Dining area that seats 6. Extra blankets and beach towels available for your use.

Master BR has a king bed with master bath and tv. 2nd BR is a king with tv. The 3rd is queen bed.

Sit on your lanai and overlook the marina and bay. Or walk around and see Manatee's and fish! There are outdoor patios beside the pool, with grills, for you to use at anytime.

The beach is a short 7 minute walk. Private beach so no chair rentals.

Located on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle. Santini Plaza is 2 minutes away. Includes restaurants, liquor store, CVS, ice cream shop, and retail shops. All restuarants are family friendly! Once a week , the plaza has a Farmers market with fresh food and crafts.

7 Eleven and CVS are within walking distant. Publix grocery store is a 10 minute drive.
Want to rent a boat or pontoon? Fish Tale Marina is next door!!

15 minute drive to Ft Myers beach square. You can also catch the trolley!

Family Vacation to Fort Myers Beach

Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was close to the beach and was suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were also very comfortable.

Great location!

We love staying at this condo! It’s so close to the beach, and the pool is awesome! No manatees this year as there was some construction going on, but I’m sure the property will look better than ever once the construction is done.The only suggestion I have would be to stock the kitchen with a few more dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc. But otherwise everything is great!!

Fantastic vacation

We were very impressed with how clean everything was in this condo as well as how well stocked it was! We cooked most of our meals here as the restaurants are not very close, as they’re still slow to rebuild after the hurricane, understandably. The kitchen had everything we needed. They were plenty of towels. The beds were super comfy. Pool was amazing. The walk to the beach was easy. And the laundry in the condo was such an added bonus. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The condo was great- very clean and cozy! The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, so close to the beach that we could walk there several times a day to look for seashells and swim, and then come back and spend hours in the pool. The pool was nice and warm, lots of lounge chairs, and everyone was so friendly. We saw manatees from the lanai almost every morning! The host answered any questions right away and was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!!

Girls beach trip

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and ideally located close to the beach. It was a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops as well. The South Island is calm and quiet but I actually prefer that. The pool was wonderful! Joanna has done a great job providing a decent vacation rental! She was very kind and considerate offering information about the area and quickly responded to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described. Comfortable beds. Would suggest electric kettle. Sad that Fort Myers Beach suffered so much in hurricane Ian but is making a big effort to bring it back! Did not spoil our vacation though.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Location was great, easy to get to from parking (which was free). One minute from pool and short walk to the beach. Beach was being restored but is expected to be done early March 2025. Santini Plaza next door only had a few shops open (boutique, book store, liquor store, surf shop) but there was a farmer's market every Tu/Th that had a lot of booths. Traffic on North end of island is a nightmare in afternoon... thankfully we were on South end and had no issues going toward Bonita every night for a meal. Would love to come back in future.

Overall a nice place to stay. Short walk to beach. However no beach chairs. Pool area was very nice. Quiet. Parking good. Nothing negative to say except that the condo could use some upgrades. Get rid of carpet. Fort Myers beach IS SLOWLY recovering from Hurricane. Had to drive a bit for restaurants and other public retailers.

We enjoyed our stay but the listing for the condo indicated that there was 4 TV's when there was 2. Also, that the pool was heated but it wasn't.

Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony. The kitchen was helpful. Thanks for the Netflix service. Some suggestions: Not enough toilet paper for the bathroom. Please shampoo. Check the locks at the bathroom’s doors. The lavatory does not drain properly (the bathtub as well).

Wonderful condo

Fantastic condo in a perfect location. First, the condo itself- perfect for our family of 4. Absolutely immaculate, super comfortable beds, had everything we needed. The beach buggy in the closet was an awesome addition for getting gear to and from the beach. View of the marina was such a bonus. We saw manatees from our balcony multiple days, and spent nights playing cards and family games. The property itself was perfect for us. We’d visit the pool and hot tub daily usually after some time at the beach. Everyone on the property was kind, and welcoming with a super laidback vibe. Fun during the day, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The overall location was ideal for us. The beach across the street was a few minutes walk at most- and one of the best we visited during our stay. The little plaza next door couldn’t be beat- especially with the kids- easy access to several restaurants, ice cream etc. Communication from owners was excellent, check in and out perfectly convenient. Highly recommend this condo!

Lovely Getaway!

The condo has a wonderful view of the canal where we saw dolphins and manatees. It is a short walk away from the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Easy check in and out and great communication.
