This property is extremely special! I bought it to open as a high-end sober living home for women. There is such a need in this area. There is so much love in the space and donations such as a piano from 1901. People tell me it has great energy so I hope everyone who stays, gets that same feeling.
Why they chose this property
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!This is a beautiful 3 story patio home! A gated community, this Galleria home has a wide open floor plan with tall ceilings. You are minutes from everything people love to do. I love to eat so I'm in heaven! Perfectly located to all high-end or moderately priced restaurants, late night spots, shopping and transportation. It's a great set up for multiple families or large group travelers. Long term leasing available.
What makes this property unique
I stay in the community as well. I am available if someone needs something or has any issues or problems. I will be as hands on as needed or hands off if necessary. Fenced in backyard and pet friendly. I am open to any and all questions, suggestions, and requests.
