Got there and the pool was not something I would get in. It was dirty and thats was why I wanted this house. Couldn’t cook cause the gas was turned off!!! Then there was a gas leak so we had to leave…. Gas company said the gas was off, so the owners should’ve known that!!! Had to find another house ASAP!!! And that wasn’t easy!

Hi Ebony. We are deeply sorry that your stay was impacted by an unexpected utility emergency. As you noted, a gas safety issue arose immediately upon your arrival. Because guest safety is our absolute highest priority, we acted immediately to shut off the gas, coordinated with the utility company, and issued a full refund. Furthermore, Vrbo went out of their way to immediately accommodate you in another home right away. Regarding the pool, it is regularly maintained, but we regret that the timing of this utility issue overshadowed your arrival. We always prioritize life-safety above all else during unforeseen city utility events.
