The house was well appointed, and had amazing views of the mountains from inside. We loved having our morning coffee and tea in the living room with the doors to the pool open and the fresh cool air blowing in. The area surrounding the house is under construction and not very attractive, but is really not visible from inside, and there was no construction noise at all. A few small requests were responded to immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the home was not what it should have been. Paint was damaged/dirty throughout the home, insides of all cabinets were dirty, sink and shower handles pull straight off, water damage on trim in mater bathroom and stains on the carpets. There were other things but want to keep it short.
Oven broken and unusable. Extremely dirty.
Mold/debris in refrigerator.
Cabinets have food splattered on them.
Insides of cabinets were dirty.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size. The house looked like a model home. The street is quiet, but this house is next to an undeveloped lot. I was a little concerned about leaving our car out at night. Thankfully the garage is large enough to park two cars inside. The backyard is decorated and maintained nicely. There are several large cactuses that are in bloom. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
