The property is perfect for your next trip to the Napa valley! Easy walking distance to wonderful coffeeshops, restaurants, and shopping. Perfectly situated for drives to area vineyards. The house is spacious for two couples, well-appointed and decorated appropriately for the time period. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed walking into napa and returning to a quiet place. There are multiple places to work--I especially liked the little room off the kitchen.

Loved our location! This charming house is a quick 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants downtown Napa. We stayed 4 nights, and we had a very packed itinerary with visits to vineyards, tasking rooms, restaurants, as well as a day spent in the redwoods and along the coast. Therefore, we did not actually spend a lot of time at the home. But, we found this home to be a great value, excellent location, and the owners were very easy to work with! Would certainly stay here again!

Loved the bocce and the location. Only suggestion is to update the book as a lot of the info was outdated. House and everything were great!

Such a great house for 3 friends meeting for a friends' trip! The house is so so cute. So close to downtown, we walked for coffee, dinner, and to meet the wine trolley at Oxbow Market. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful inside and out. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The only "downside" and I use this term loosely, is that it is on the main thoroughfare and was a little noisy at night. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

The home is gorgeous! It felt luxurious to just lounge in the living room amid the antiques and tasteful decor. The bocce court is a nice touch. And the location is convenient.

We loved this property! The character of the place made it so much more fun than staying in a hotel. The location was fantastic too. I HIGHLY recommend this property for a Napa getaway!
