The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

When checking out please kindly turn off the air conditioner and start the dishwasher if you have used any dishes during your stay. Please leave towels upstairs in front of the washer and dryer.

No need to strip the beds the housekeeper will do that. Please take out all trash and put it in trash can located to the right of the house on the porch and empty out the refrigerator.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
