This quiet and quaint 4 Bedroom House is walking distance to Amagansett town and a quick bike ride away from the beach. It offers 1 large master bedroom upstairs with three other more than comfortable bedrooms. 2 baths, as well as a full hot/ cold outside shower. All organic huge backyard newly landscaped with room for activities and grilling on those summer nights. The 1/2 acre fully cleared backyard provides security for pets and eliminates access for unwanted intruders aka Deer. House comes with 4 beach cruiser bicycles and plenty of beach supplies including soft top surf boards to enhance the Hamptons summer experience.

Lovely house

We had a great stay in Amagansett in this house. The yard was so nice, really large for our dogs and toddler to run around in. Bedroom were all good sizes and had nice beds. We had our toddler in one room and then we’re able to have friends stay for a couple nights in the downstairs rooms. Loved having a nice washer/dryer in the basement!

Great family friendly home in ideal location

John's home was lovely, exactly as pictured and perfect for an extended stay with family and/or friends. The backyard is absolutely amazing and John was incredibly kind and responsive both leading up to and during our stay, even dropping off a fire pit with thoughtful kindling/wood and insect repellent candles for our group. The residential neighborhood the house is in is lovely and close to two really great farm stands, fish markets, and a quick walk into the heart of Amagansett. For travelers sensitive to this, the neighborhood is quite close to the LIRR train tracks and you can hear the train every time it comes through, but we had two toddlers in our party who absolutely loved this, so it was a big bonus. This house is a great Hamptons find!
