During the winter, treat this vacation rental as a place of refuge, where you can curl up in front of the stove or TV and feel the snow pile up around the property. If summer is more your style, then Tahoe Donner has everything you need! Take advantage of the shared, on-site amenities that include tennis and basketball courts, a large swimming pool, and even a sauna!

During the summer, head out on the water at nearby Donner Lake, or make a day of it and drive 20 miles south to legendary Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Donner guest passes allow four people per pass to access the recreation facilities, for a total of eight people. A $16 fee per person/per day will apply. Children under the age of seven (7) are free.

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
*No excessive noise and/or trash
*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
