Nice Quiet Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay overall. The kitchen was adequate for cooking and the living room and beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean. the furniture on the balcony was nice, rocking chairs and a table with 4 chairs. The reason for my lower rating is we never received pool passes to access the pool for our entire stay. I called daily for the first 4 days. I was told that they were working on it and that they were trying to purchase passes etc.I asked that they call me back to let me know the status and I never received a call back. In addition the property was listed as "ocean front beach rental'. Although it does face the ocean it is behind the row of buildings that are oceanfront; so there is a view of the ocean between two of the buildings. As long as I have been renting beach properties, this type of property is always advertised as ocean view not ocean front.

Great location

Although thee property could use some serious updating, and the fact that we received the wrong linens and could not get the correct ones until the next day, the property was nice and the beds were comfortable.

The property was not throughly cleaned and the couch appeared dirty and had food crumbs under cushio

There were hand prints on the mirrored walls, hair on the the bathroom floors and crumbs under the couch cushions from previous tenants. The couch appeared dirty and in need of replacing. The air conditioning was poor and the filters were so dirty the unit was not able to cool properly.
