Sit on the deck and count the boats as they travel by on the Intercoastal Waterway! This south facing penthouse condo overlooks the Marina at South Harbor with both sunrise and sunset views. Perfect for the couple looking to get away in style for a week or long weekend, or longer! This unit was formerly one of the suites at a bed and breakfast. End unit for more privacy.

My friend and I stayed for a wedding. The space was as listed, very clean, and easy communication with the host. The rental is located in a quiet community with quick access to Oak Island, or downtown Southport! Would love to come back for a stay again!

Great view to enjoy the boats coming and going. It was so nice to have a full bath and a half bath also. Comfy couch. The kitchen had pots and pans although I did not use any of them. It was a good fit for us.

Our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waterfront views were even better than the photos. Communication with the owners was outstanding - every message was answered almost immediately, which made everything seamless. It was our first time exploring Southport and Oak Island, and we were completely charmed by the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would be thrilled to stay here again. A perfect experience from start to finish.

The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!
