Large quiet house with pool and tennis

Weekly rental only (€ 2,500, but the site only provides information for one price per night), or for long weekends.

A stone's throw from Chinon, it is an ideal place to unwind. It will seduce you with its calm, the beauty of its surrounding landscapes (forest walks), its large heated swimming pool and the freshness of Chinese cellars!

House 190 m² including:
A main part composed of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and a single bed), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, spices and condiments, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, fridge, oven and microwave ) open onto a large living room (approx. 90 m²).
A veranda exposed to the east, joining the other wing of the house.
Another wing composed of 3 "studios" each comprising:
upstairs one bedroom (double bed)
on the ground floor an office with sofa bed "BZ" 2 places. (one of the studios has no BZ downstairs)
bathroom with sink, bath / shower and WC.
Outside: An 11m / 5m swimming pool Doubly protected by floating shutters and barrier to standards and heated.
A tennis court.
A park of 1 ha and closed (possibility to park cars)
A chalet with outdoor games (4 bikes, shutter net, basketball hoop ...)
Ideal house for stay with family or friends. Very comfortable for 12 people but can accommodate 18 people using the BZ ..
