For a few days in Straatsburg this is a lovely well equiped spot. Its a 10 min bike to the centre. I would recommend this place!

Convenient Residence in a Very Livable City

Apartment is large, nicely appointed, and comfortable (though four flights up). The building is traditional, looks out on quiet neighborhood streets, and has convenient bus and tram service to the urban center. The host is accessible and responsive.

Excellent apartment

Great apartment in a covenient location close to public transportation to get to the center. I did not realize the apartment was on the 4th floor (5th if you count ground floor) and there isn't an elevator to bring luggage upstairs. The steps are narrow and winding, making it challenging. Otherwise, we were very happy.

Positives: The flat is nice, clean, and spacious. It has good places to store clothes & personal items, and a cute balcony overlooking a popular neighborhood. It is located in a safe, walkable area known as "Orangerie". The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, 3-burner stovetop, small oven, microwave, and mini-dishwasher which are very nice to have. (Bring your own spices, oils, etc) The one bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The TV room is also spacious, equipped with a large television and a great sofa for relaxing. The bathroom is slightly larger than what I've seen in a typical French metropolitan flat. (Bring your own shower products.)Negatives: We were not provided check-in instructions in advance; we had to reach out several times to the host asking for the details of getting keys and access to the flat. The property is a 30 to 40-minute walk to reach old town (historic area) where the Christmas Market and many other sites are located. The unit is on 4th floor, accessible only via a steep, narrow spiral staircase. This means it is suitable for persons who are fit; the stairs would be impossible for anyone with bad knees/hips or other mobility issues. Also, it is very important to understand how public street parking works in Strasbourg! Our host did not explain the details. (You cannot simply park and pay to leave your vehicle for a multi-day stay in the Orangerie district- Zone 30.) Educate yourself before arrival.

Schöne Wohnung gut gelegen

Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Die Lage war so gut, dass man mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell erreichen konnte und durchaus mehrmals täglich ins Zentrum geradelt sind. Eine kleine Spülmaschine nahm und das tägliche spülen ab. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen waren die 69 Stufen bis zur 4 Etage. Hält aber fit...

Perfektes Ruhiges Apartment

Wir haben uns in der Rue Beethoven sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber, ruhig und hatte alles an Ausstattung was wir gebraucht haben! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele spannende Ausflüge in Strasbourg! Die Orangerie ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, alles weitere auch super erreichbar! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder !

Très charmant

Bel appartement dans le quartier de l'Orangerie - très pratique pour le parc de l'Orangerie (avec une excellente aire de jeux), une petite épicerie Auchan, une boulangerie/pâtisserie et à distance de marche du tram. 5ème étage, alors préparez-vous à beaucoup d'escaliers. Canapé-lit très grand et confortable. Hôtesse très gentille et réactive.
