Welcome to our contemporary house, located in the heart of the village, just a few steps from all amenities. Whether you are a couple, family or friends, this rental is the ideal starting point for a holiday combining comfort, relaxation and cultural discoveries.
🏡 The accommodation
This modern air-conditioned house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, all decorated with care, to offer a space that is both warm and functional.
The living space is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows that open onto a very large furnished terrace, perfect for your outdoor meals, your naps in the sun or your aperitifs facing a breathtaking view of the village.
The heart of the house is a large bright living room of 70 m², a real living space where you can meet in a friendly atmosphere. It includes a cosy living room with large TV, a dining area, and above all a huge open kitchen, perfectly equipped. Cooking enthusiasts, you will be delighted: 2 ovens, hobs, large worktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, built-in coffee maker... everything is there to prepare good meals, just like at home – or even better!
The house has two bathrooms: A bathroom with walk-in shower and a second with bathtub and 2 toilets.
Please note: an independent apartment is located on the ground floor, totally separate from the living space of the villa. No nuisance: the two accommodation do not share access, terrace or outdoor spaces. The living space of the villa is on the opposite side, guaranteeing perfect tranquility to our guests.

🥾 Hiking and nature
A few minutes from the house, the Sainte-Victoire mountain awaits you. Classified as a natural site, it is a paradise for hikers, climbers and photographers. Several marked trails allow you to discover its emblematic landscapes, its breathtaking panoramas and its small hidden chapels. The view from the top is spectacular!
It is also a place steeped in history and culture, immortalised by Paul Cézanne, who painted it more than 80 times from his studio in Aix.
🎨 Aix-en-Provence: city of art and elegance
Only 15 minutes away by car, Aix-en-Provence will charm you with its refinement, its cobbled streets, its fountains, its colourful markets and its many restaurants. Among the must-sees:
The Cours Mirabeau and its lively terraces
Cézanne's studio, preserved as he left it
The Granet Museum, for lovers of classical and modern art
Thermal baths and spas for a wellness break
Provençal markets (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) for local products
In summer, the city comes alive with music, theatre and dance festivals, including the famous International Festival of Lyric Art.

Around Rousset, you can visit charming hilltop villages such as Puyloubier, Trets, Saint-Antonin-sur-Bayon, all imbued with authenticity. The region is also renowned for its Provence wines, with many wine estates open for tasting.
🏖️ And the sea?
Fancy a dip in the sea? The nearest beach is in Cassis, about 45 minutes' drive away. This seaside resort is famous for its colourful port, pebble beaches and spectacular coves with turquoise waters. Ideal for a day between swimming, hiking (the famous creeks of Port-Miou, Port-Pin and En-Vau) and lunch by the sea.
