Improvements include waterproof wood-look flooring that has great warmth and texture underfoot, stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, new furniture, linens, paint, electronics and more! The Perch at White Sands is a wonderful and airy four-bedroom, three-bath town home with private elevator access, covered two car garage, and 24-hr self check-in with personalized key code and video doorbell.

The main level offers comfortable seating in the living area, including a sleeper sofa, sectional, and 85” Sony TV. The multifunctional kitchen has been renovated with a new countertop table that seats 7, along with and extended island that seats 2. New stainless steel KitchenAid appliances modernize the kitchen while providing top rated functionality. Living space can be extended with the spacious outdoor Gulf view main floor balcony with outdoor grill. Also on the main level is a main floor master bedroom with a king bed, 55” TV, and private bay view balcony access.

The second level extends your leisure with three additional bedrooms, including the Gulf view master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite double vanity luxury bath, private outdoor gulf view balcony with panoramic views, and private sitting area with a 65” TV. Bedroom 3 offers two relaxing queen beds with deluxe bedding and a 55” Samsung Frame TV. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two twin beds and a 49” Samsung Frame TV. Bedroom 4 shares a guest bath room with the double queen bedroom.

The Perch's amenities include onsite outdoor grill, garage, and complimentary wireless internet. Shopping, entertainment, and dining are easily accessible from White Sands town homes. Perfect Vacation

This place was absolutely the best. The place is even better in person. Everything was perfect. The host has done very well with providing every amenity that you can want at the beach. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing stay in Pensacola

Great place all around. Owners were extremely responsive although we did not need anything. The townhouse was clean and extremely comfortable. Amenities were amazing, especially for the the beach. Everything needed was there! Location was perfect beautiful beach, close to restaurants.

Annual Girls' Trip

This was our second time staying at The Perch. It is by-far our favorite place in Pensacola Beach and at White Sands. The host was very attentive and responsive when we needed anything. The place is fabulous and the location is prime.

Beachfront Bliss!

This was the most amazing beachfront propery I have ever stayed at! It is beautifully decorated in every single room and is extremely clean and well maintained. The views are absolutely spectacular and access to the beach is just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants are very close by. We will be back!

Amazing stay and amenities

This was such a perfect stay for my family during a family vacation. They really went above and beyond with all the things you could think of needing for the perfect beach vacation, including beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach cups, cooler, literally anything you need which made our beach days that much better. The house was spectacular as well with a stunning view of the white beaches and water. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit Pensacola again. Thank you!!

Just like the listing!

Sometimes things don’t appear as they seem, but this one is definitely as good as the listing if not better. Many extras are included such as beach towels, kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, lots of toys for the beach, etc. Very nice place to stay.

Amazing!

This property is fantastic. We go to Pensacola often and this was by far our favorite. The place was so beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. All the items were high end. We brought so much stuff that we did not need because the place had it all. All the beds were comfortable as well! We will definitely be back!

Comforting

We came in for a few days for a funeral. The Perch allowed us a place to rest our heads and our souls. The condo was everything we needed it to be. It was clean, well kept. While we were unable to use all the amenities it was nice to know they were there. I would love to come there again with the family.

The Perch does it again!!

This was our second stay at the Perch and for sure not the last!! The unit was super clean and ready for our group. The additional amenities were awesome and well used. Wonderful property!

This property was wonderful for my family! The elevator as well as the short distance to the beach was great for my elderly aunt and mother. Great toys and beach chairs and umbrellas made days at the beach very convenient and fun! Bikes were even included! Beds were comfortable and decor is beautiful, light and modern. All electronics and appliances are very up to date and new. A great view of the beach, as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay

This was truly a five star spot. Newly renovated, clean and up to date. Location and access to the beach Could not have been better. The garage on the first level and the entrance and exit to the beach were really a plus. Julie and Max were on top of everything. Our stay

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. The only downside was we were under the impression that all bedrooms had balconies facing the gulf. Not the case. Only one bedroom had that access. But not a dealbreaker. It was still a very pleasant place to stay and in a very nice neighborhood. Had some issues with the in house elevator but figured out how it all worked in short order.

Beautiful Home!

This was our 2nd year in a row to stay at The Perch and we plan an returning again next year. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It is beautifully decorated, and the beach gear provided is awesome! Beds are comfy, it’s spotless, kitchen is well appointed, and the beach access is awesome. The only issue we had was the coffee pot is hard to use and the Keurig doesn’t work well at all. It needs to be replaced as it leaked all over the place 2 times in a row so we just put it away. Other than that it was a perfect vacation for us and we are in love with it and can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous and as close to the beach as it gets!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful beachfront townhome! We knew it would be very pretty based on the pictures, but it was even better in person. The home is very well appointed with nice appliances, dishes, everything you need to cook with, plenty of towels, lots of pillows and very comfortable beds . The easy access to the beach was huge for us as we were traveling with our two small children. You simply walk out the first floor door and you are at the boardwalk to the beach, it’s that easy. There is even a large garage big enough for your vehicle and all your beach toys and chairs making for easy in and out each day. Julie and Max were great to work with and have gone above and beyond to make The Perch feel like the perfect combination of “home” and a 5 star hotel. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!

A little slice of paradise

This is our second time staying at the Perch and it won't be our last. Our first stay was two years ago and The Perch has only gotten better! The addition of the bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas/tables and cart to transport everything with ease, makes this the best place to stay on the beach. They've recently upgraded the outdoor grill, the pots and pans and added luxury toiletries. The addition of the robes in each room is a total bonus. The location of the condo on the beach (away from the main area but close enough to the action) is perfection. When you aren't on the beach enjoying the sugar white sand and crystal blue waters, you can enjoy the outdoors from the deck or any of the multiple balconies. Beds are comfy, furniture is in great shape and the condo is updated and modern. Don't hesitate to book The Perch!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

Absolutely beautiful condo, perfect location, meticulously appointed with everything you could ever need (even an oyster knife!), plus lots of nice "extras" (bikes, games, high quality beach chairs and umbrellas). We'll definitely return soon! The ONLY three things we would suggest: 1) a better Keurig maker (this one is painfully slow and doesn't have a water reservoir so it takes about 5 mins per cup) 2) The Nest system limits how cool you can make the home to 68 degrees...which is plenty cool for most folks, but when a menopausal wife is a guest, it can be an issue (as I found out!). 3) Beach towels Again, a wonderful stay at The Perch...we look forward to our next visit sooner than later!
