Secure residence with an intercom at the entrance; quiet and well-maintained (flower-filled common areas)

A TV/dining room will be the first room on your left as you enter the apartment.
It leads to the first bedroom.
A beautiful, well-equipped kitchen is located across from the living room—on the right when you’re in the main hallway.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall featuring relaxation jets.
And finally, the two large bedrooms are at the end of the hallway.

Please note that the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and we ask that you be considerate of the neighbors.

Logement très ancien

Bien que les prestations proposées soient respectées (draps, serviettes propres) le logement présente des traces de moisissures sur les murs et les plafonds , au niveau des plinthes avec la tapisserie qui se décolle par endroits, le parquet datant du début de construction est très usé. Nous avons été surpris par l'état général délabré de cet appartement jamais refait semble t-il. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le loueur, dons aucun état des lieux n'a été fait. À éviter surtout compte tenu du prix dont le montant s'est élevé pour nous à 386 euros pour trois nuits.
