The Penny House: CLEAN with garage, one block from trails & stores

Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house completely remodeled top to bottom with all amenities you would need. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed in the lower level of the house, bedroom 2 is a full size bed in the upper level of the house, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds in the upper level of the house. The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is near 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The house is a block away from the snowmobile and ATV trails, grocery store, gas station, restaurants and bars.

The penny house was very clean, comfortable.Located perfectly for our snowmobile trip.House is located as described one block fromtrail access, gas station which also has an iga store attached, a cafe named Chars, excellent! also a couple of bar and grill establishments. Our snowmobile trip was so nice because of the Penny House! Both driveways are deep enough for trucks and trailers with ramps. The garage was useful for grilling and sleds if the need arises. One block from the trail that skirts the highway. The house is bright and fresh. The hostess was wonderful, and very responsive with messages. Would recommend to anyone visiting the U.P.
