3BR/2BA Skyland Home - 4200 for 30 days - Pets welcome
Our family vacation cabin - lovely all seasons. Winter-- skiing, fall gorgeous walks in the national forest across the street- Summer private beach - Spring when the weather may be the most beautiful. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, deck, spa and enclosed yard. Pets welcome however we ask a $500 cleaning fee which goes directly to our cleaner. Quiet area- 3.5 miles from Stateline/
Tesla charger available.
House next door- 3bd, 2.5 ba, also available if you have a large family group and want to stay close.
Local rental ordinance requires a 30-day minimum rental but feel free to book at this affordable rate ($4200 for the month) and come and go as you like! All utilities and pets are welcome. We pay to have the cleaners come through mid-month for a refresh. You pay $250 cleaning for the final move-out/or $500 if you have pets.
