Your feedback about the bed is appreciated - mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We're so sorry to hear the bedroom temp was very hard to regulate as well - that's certainly not indicative of the comfort we strive to give our guests! We have inspected the in-wall unit to ensure it's working properly, and we'll also have our team check the sliding door for drafts in an effort to ensure we provide a cozy setting for future guests.
