Port of CAW ~ 89 Seaward Drive ~ Santa Rosa Beach

Parking for 2 cars ONLY (driveway parking only; no garage access to guests), Wi-Fi, grilling deck, private boardwalk to beach and a short walk to the delightful restaurants, eclectic shops and colorful galleries of local 30A artists in Gulf Place. Daily beach service set-up (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) is included with your rental!

PLEASE NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Fireplaces in living room and master bedroom are decorative only and not for guest use. While golf carts are allowed, they must be parked in the driveway ONLY and counts as one vehicle toward parking maximum. Garage not accessible by guests.

For a special treat, utilize your Beach Gear credit toward the rentals of bikes and ride along the Timpoochee Trail, paralleling the entire length of 30A through our beach side communities.

This house was lovely - pictures don’t do it justice; it was perfect for our family of four. Extremely clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Direct beach access with chair service was so convenient. The location was perfect for our temperament- close enough to walk or drive a golf cart to some restaurants but far enough away from the crowds to relax.

Our stay at Port of CAW was truly nothing short of perfection. It was our first time to Emerald Shores, Santa Rosa Beach, specifically. It will not be our last. The home is perfectly positioned on white sands with the most beautiful views of crystal clear water. It is literally 50 steps from the water. Beach setup and take down is provided everyday from 6:45am-5pm, so no lugging cumbersome chairs and umbrellas to the beach everyday. That service alone deserves 5 stars!! The home is beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. It has a fully stocked kitchen for guests such as us who like to cook most of our meals (fresh seafood from local seafood markets) Shrimpers is the absolute best around!! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for an incredible beachfront experience. We just returned from our week long stay and I’m already looking forward to booking again next year!!

We loved the house and location. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Our family felt at home while on vacation. The view from the deck was amazing. We stayed at the beach every day. Chairs were set up and ready for us every morning.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the house we rented. The location at the deep beach and beautiful water was only surpassed by the fact that we could walk to so many nice restaurants, including a great ice cream parlor my grandkids loved. We were also just miles from Watercolor and Seaside. The house was also a wonderful place to stay on the beach. Very upscale and lots of decking.

Perfect location disturbing art and splinters

The house was in the perfect location. My son’s room had a painting with a naked little boy with all his private parts on display. There was another painting in the master bath depicting several naked women and children in water. There was odd artwork all over and pieces piled into every table it made it very difficult to use. My daughter and I both got splinters from the back deck it really needs to be resealed for safety.

Hi, Karen...Thanks for your review. Yes, the home is filled with both locally and nationally renowed artwork that is very eclectic, as is the other decor and finishes in the home. Our online photos and virtural tour do show the home as it is, so it is unforturnate that perhaps these were not viewed carefully prior to booking. As well, upon departure the home was left in an incredibly deplorable condition which resulted in our adding you to our Do Not Rent list. We hope you take better care of any future vacation homes you might rent, as this is totally unacceptable to us...Grayt 30A Vacations

Family vacation

Great vacation!!! Beach, sun and tan lines!! And we had a close encounter with marine life… grandpa got stung by a sting ray… he still had a sense of humor: “at least it happened on the last day!” 🙂

Port of Caw was the best!
