Enchanted Castle stay

Great property… very clean… only downside is host has to request all visitors at security gate and cannot receive deliveries such as groceries or pizza. But other than that a great place to stay. Theater room and 2 washed and dryers. We will be booking this again if in the area.

Great stay

Multi generational family Disney trip. The house was perfect with a bathroom for every bedroom. The pool was fun and the hot tub was great for soaking after a day at the park. Our little ones also loved the water park splash pad. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. The house also supplied all that you need when you first arrive, two rolls toilet paper for each bath, small soap and body wash, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and washer pods for laundry. It was very hot when we were there and the air conditioning was preset but very comfortable. We were at the house for a week and enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at this home and Windsor Hills to anyone for their Disney trip.

Enchanted is accurrate

Absolutely perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a vacation near Disney. I didn’t want to leave. This property was lovely for our large family. Everything for little ones, crib, high chair, outlet covers. I was very impressed!

Spacious pool property close to Disney and restaurants

Very spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Private pool and spa which was heated even though the weather outside was quite cold for Florida. Within 10 minute drive to all the Disney resorts and a large selection of restaurants and Walmart/Target. Bjarne was very helpful during our stay, and the property was as described in the listing, would stay again!

Perfect for the Parks

The property was great. Everything was clean and exactly as we expected checking in was easy the neighborhood and location make it very easy to get from any of the parks in Orlando. The neighborhood also has a lot of great amenities to take advantage of it plus having the pool on site to ourselves was a blast for our family. We had everything we needed already there for a child under two years old. We will 100% be booking here again.

Great house for family of 10. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms was so perfect! Pool was a lot of fun! The Windsor Hills community pool was wonderful. We took our own cooler to the community pool and it worked out great! A few more garbage bags for the house would have been great instead of just one a day. Would stay at that house again.

Great stay!

We were a group of parents staying to watch our kids compete in a high school dance competition at ESPN. Excellent location! This was actually my 2nd stay in Windsor Hills. House was clean, in working order, well appointed, etc. Communicated with the host before our stay and they were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks so much!!

Great Family Spot

We stayed 10 days at the Enchanted Castle and it welcomed our extended family of 10 very well! Having 5 rooms all with their own full baths made mornings a breeze. The pool and spa took center stage for the majority of our activities and dinners outdoors. Great touch with the theater, full cable/internet and 2 sets of full size washer/dryer. Windsor Hills pool and waterslides were also a great way to spend our slow days. The arcade was lackluster though. All in all we had a great time in Kissimmee and the house turned out to be a great fit for our family. We will be back!

Great place to meet up and stay with Family and Friends

The property was clean and well kept. All the basics were there. The access to Disney was great. The proximity to Walmart was very helpful. Having the pool right there was great with having children *7, 8 and 2 1/2) Could have used more towels but two washers and dryers in the home helped with that. The TV in the theatre was great for adults and kids. Air hockey was fun too. Gas grill was great for making steaks so we didn't have to go out to eat. My friends and family want to stay there again.

Pros …Location close to Disney parks, two sets of washer/dryers. 5 bedrooms with each a bath was great for our group. (Parents, 4 kids ages 20,18,17 &17) Cons…not a lot of towels so bring some extra if you want two showers a day/don’t want to do tons of laundry on vacation or plan to be at the parks all day/night and don’t like the dryer running while you’re out. We brought 10 extra beach towels but with 6 in our party, more would have been better.

Very nice house with great amenities!

House was set up great! Every Bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge help when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. Loved that it has three bedrooms with King Size beds- perfect for multiple families :). Kitchen was well equipped and has a nice big fridge. There was also a regular coffee pot and a Keurig which was great. Pool and hot tub in backyard were awesome to relax in every night after running around Disney all day. We never made it to the club house and community pool but they looked really nice. House was conveniently located. Only a 10 minute drive to Disney parks 😀.

Awesome Vacation

The place is quite nice with many amenities. It was tastefully decorated and felt welcoming. This was an extended family vacation and we mostly just stayed in the beautiful home enjoying each other’s company. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The area is an ideal location for theme parks too and much better location for avoiding high traffic areas than we’ve stayed at in the past. Bring your blankets with you though. We couldn’t find any in the unit as the beds only had sheets and bedspreads. It would have been nice for some throws in the sitting areas too as thermostat was automatically programmed and changed certain times of the day. All in all, we had a great time! I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area!

Disney with friends

We have stayed in Windsor hills before so we knew the location was the best. This house was lovely. Met everyone’s needs. The kids loved the movie room and pool. Once we figured out the hot tub it was great. Local propert manager was quick to respond. Maybe some directions somewhere would help. The house wasn’t especially clean upon checkin which was why we were a little taken aback at the requirements of checkout. We have rented Vrbo before and it was never this extensive. We had to go purchase detergent to wash towels upon checkout. Also we were warned that if the kitchen was not completely cleaned we would be charged more. I spent an hour on checkout day cleaning for fear of being charged. I know we pay a cleaning fee so I was also a little surprised at the tip envelope for the cleaner when I had to do it myself. They need to turn the dining room light on to see what I mean. Would have been 5 stars but I understand the owner is not around and is at the mercy of property management. Owner was very responsive.

Christmas in Florida

Well, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed escaping the Pennsylvania freeze, and swimming in a balmy 85 degrees on Christmas Day! Sure, they had a white Christmas, but also 3 degree temperatures! My family found everything we needed to enjoy our holiday dinner in your home without having to venture out. All dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. The game room was also a hit. We watched A Christmas Story on the big screen too. We looked forward to soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub after our days at Universal, and the beds so very soft we fell right into them each night and rested up for the next day. Each day the parks grew a little more crowded, but that didn't dull our spirits with the pool waiting at home. Plenty of room to stretch out for all of us. Very well kept, neat and tidy. We're used to supplying ourselves, but note that you will need your own supplies. A welcome pack is included, but you will need to bring or purchase items. We brought hand soap, dish soap, tablets, towels, garbage bags, laundry soap/dryer sheets, and seasonings including salt and pepper. There are plenty of bath towels/cloths, and there are wash cloths and hand towels for the kitchen. Very good communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return. Our only low point was having to leave sunny Florida to return to the cold and snow! Thank you, Bjarne!

This house was perfect for our family vacation and time visiting the WDW park. The furnishings were very nice and everything was very clean. We enjoyed watching movies and using the pool in our down time. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We took our first trip to Florida in 2003 and we loved it. We have been in Florida for vacations almost every year since then. During the summer of 2007 we really started to plan buying our own vacation home in the Orlando area. We traveled back and used 10 days to look for the perfect home late in 2007. And we found this home inside fantastic Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. We have been renting out this home with success since then and later invested a lot in the property to make sure all our guests have a great experience.

The Windsor Hills resort is an absolutely amazing place to stay. It's nice and quiet. Close to all the major attractions in the area. Like Disney World, Sea World & Universal parks, loads of restaurants and so on. We just love this place.
