Very nice house. It was spacious. We had 3 adults, 2 teens and 2 babies. The temp difference between the 1st floor and 2nd is very different. The 1st floor being warm and 2nd floor being really cold. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

This place was magnificent! More than enough room for our family of 6 utilizing nearly every room available. The pool was refreshing to use and the resort style access area was perfection. The house is equipped with all you need and was so clean! Close drive to many activities and attractions. Host was quick to respond and only having the most minor hiccup/confusion for us checking in that was solved immediately! Do not hesitate to book this home. We WILL be returning!

We had a wonderful stay in Florida! Our host was very friendly and answered all my questions. The place was clean, spacious and my kids loved having their own pool for the week! It was within 15-25 minutes of Disney parks and Universal. A Starbucks nearby was a bonus! A heads up...if you have to go get groceries, the Walmart was a zoo at every hour! You may want to pick a different store.

Glad you guys had a great stay! Here's some grocery store information about what is close to Windsor Hills, straight from the document I send guests before their stay! GROCERY OPTIONS For the person who just wants to eat out 99% of the time: There is a convenience store at Windsor Hills next to the Welcome Center with basic items. For the person who needs to buy groceries and some other stuff at a reasonable price: Wal-Mart at 2855 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee is 5 minutes from the house and has everything you could ever need. If you hate crowds or you’re a Target fan, go to the Target at 3200 Rolling Oaks Blvd, Kissimmee, FL. Both stores have tons of great touristy stuff at reasonable prices. Wal-Mart is very busy in the afternoon. Go early in the morning! For the person who wants to cook gourmet meals while on vacation: Publix has an excellent selection of fresh meats and produce as well as some prepared foods. There are 2 close locations – 29 Blake Blvd, Celebration, FL and 14928 E Orange Lake Blvd, Kissimmee, FL.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We ventured between the house pool when more shade was needed and the resort pool to get a ton of sun. It was great having a splash pad and playgrounds for our 1.5 year old to enjoy. The host was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely book here again if we were to come back to Florida.

The button that has to be pushed each time someone goes in or out the door to the pool is a FL state law for rentals as this guest mentioned and cannot be avoided for the safety of our many younger guests. We’ve definitely had active groups of 8 in the pool with plenty of room for everyone to swim around! Even the hot tub we often have 5 people in, so I’m not sure why this guest is reporting that the pool fits 2-3 but that’s definitely inaccurate!

The host and house were wonderful. It felt like home. The house is also very conveniently close to the parks and wasn’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
