Villa Tranquil Lane is a 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom executive vacation home located in the 24/7 guarded and gated community of Windsor Hills Resort. With an exclusive south-facing private pool and spa for all-day sun exposure—and located only 2 miles from Disney—this villa is the perfect vacation oasis.

When vacationing in this home, enjoy the comforts and convenience of a true home-away-from-home, plus the luxuries of one of the Disney area’s top vacation resort communities. The villa features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and 42-inch cherry cabinets. The connected family room, TV area, and breakfast nook open directly to the pool deck—making it the perfect central gathering space for your family.

The south-facing private pool & spa have no direct rear neighbors and are screened-in for comfort and enhanced privacy (heated upon request). In addition, the formal dining area and separate living room allow a large family to spread out comfortably. The garage has also been converted into a fun game room featuring a pool table and air hockey for the whole family to enjoy.

The six bedrooms include two spacious master suites upstairs, both with en suite bathrooms, and one featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Two kids’ rooms and an additional queen bedroom share a large hallway bathroom with double sinks. The sixth bedroom suite is conveniently located downstairs, offering privacy while still being easily accessible.

Every room has been immaculately furnished, and high-quality bedding has been prepared for your comfort. Towels are provided, and all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

Windsor Hills Resort Amenities

The community amenities include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, heated zero-entry community pool with water slide and dancing fountains, heated community spa, 38-seat surround sound movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, putting green, sand volleyball, basketball courts, adventure playground, gazebo picnic area, and a walking trail around the entire community and lake.

There is also a small marketplace with snacks and drinks, plus poolside seating. Come and truly experience the best!

The host Jenna was very helpful and worked with me in getting the contract for the rental signed as I was having difficulty doing this on line. The house was very nice, big and roomy, but on the down side, the living room with the big TV next to the kitchen didn't have enough places to sit. There was one single easy chair and a short curved couch with an arm rest on only one side, enough to seat only three people. A large group (such as we were) didn't have nearly enough seats to all watch a movie together. The pool area was in need of an update, with very worn and dated lounge chairs. The metal frame of the lanai was supposed to be black but had paint chipped off of it everywhere. There were dried leaves, dirt and dried weeds coming up trough the brick cracks against the walls and in the corners. But the kids loved the pool and had a blast in it !!! Also the hot tub was great. It was very clean upon arrival. We would have liked to have more toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Although the inside of the house was clean, the patio around the pool was not.

It was very nice. The location was great. Close to stores, restaurants, etc. The host was accessible and very responsive. Home is spacious. Pool was great and local water park fun for the kids. Had a maintenance need while at the house and the onsite team arrived in less than 10 minutes and quickly got item addressed. We were impressed! Would recommend to families wanting to visit theme parks. Additional note - we stayed during July 4th holiday and just a short walk from the house we were able to see several firework shows - without leaving the community. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Jenny was a responsive host. The house is nice & plenty of room for guests to sleep. It is a great location to local attractions, but be prepared for rush hour traffic. It’s near a central travel point and can easily add 10 minutes to your trip home & house is located in the back of the complex. The appliances/amenities are well used/outdated. The pool sticks didn’t have tips and a repair kit was nearby but was used & did not fit all the sticks. Washer & dryer were new, but microwave light did not always work, the stovetop you can not see the print on the dials, the oven easily set of smoke alarms and didn’t shut off correctly, the dishwasher didn’t shut properly to run, only two of the showers had hot water over luke warm and the drain plugs in the sinks & tubs were not all in working condition. My family complained a bit about the temperature in the house but Jenny was always responsive to it, but we didn’t realize till the 2nd to last night we could have adjusted ourselves which was a miscommunication/understanding on our end. Some didn’t like the beds saying they felt old, could be the frames or box springs. Oddly too the sink disposal and garage had bad smells. The sink had a fish odor and the garage was a wet dog odor. While house was clean looking, it could have used a more through cleaning - we had an immune compromised person with us and cleanliness was a concern noting used paper towel behind couch cushion and finger marks on glass. If you want hot spa its extra .

Family vacation

The house was very close to the Disney parks and large enough that our combined families of 12 had plenty of room and never got in anyone’s way. We also enjoyed the use of the pool everyday. The only complaint I have, there was not enough face towels for everyone, so we just went to the Walmart and bought some.

We reside in the U.S. and have a grown daughter. Throughout the years we have often traveled to Orlando to visit Disney and other attractions in the area with our extended family and friends. We love the warm weather and the various fun activities for kids and families. When the opportunity to invest in a vacation home came, we all agreed that it had to be near Disney. We looked into the Orlando area and found Windsor Hills Resort, an upscale community with the best location. The world-class amenities cannot be matched by other resorts in the area. We bought this beautiful home and are pleased to be able to share it with you. Our goal is to make it a “home away from home” and our top priority is to ensure that your stay is comfortable, convenient, enjoyable, and memorable.

Why they chose this property

We choose this Windsor Hill villa because of its location as it is located in the quiet, safe, and serene section up on the hill and has a true south facing pool and SPA. We love the fact that that the sun is never obscured and there is no one overlooking the back pool terrace. If you spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills Resort development on Google Maps, you will find that most of the homes face north, east, or west, limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. Also most homes have rear neighbors with pools approximately 10 feet apart, granting little privacy. In this home, the heated pool, hot SPA, and pool area provides a perfect utopia for your family to relax.
Another great advantage is that you are vacationing in the closest community to the Disney Parks. Located only 2 miles from Disney, it is only a short 10 minute drive. It is so convenient that you can freely back at lunchtime, make a sandwich, relax with a drink by the pool while the kids have a blast in the pool, and then return to Disney for the fireworks. Close by you can visit the supermarket, restaurants and other activities. Access to highway 192 and the I-4 interstate is only 5 minutes. Plus we are a very short drive down I-4 is Universal and Sea World.
Villa Tranquil Lane has the best location, position and quality for a great vacation experience and is in close proximity for visiting everything you want to enjoy in Orlando especially Disney World; plus other major attractions are all within 20 minutes away.
